I meant to say regarding Talespinners quote, Do you mean that Guy is going to be jealous of Caroline for being with Mac as well as Mac for being with Caroline or that other characters will show jealousy as well like Sue White.

The first one: I don't want it to sound as if I think Guy wants to be with Mac in the same way, but his desperation for Mac to wake up, and his clearly (and very badly hidden) miffed-ness when Mac said he was going to Sheffield show that he really does care for him - in a blokey sort of way. Does this make any sense?! *lol* But when your bezzie mate goes and gets a partner you do tend to feel a bit put out don't you? (or is that just me?!) You want them to be happy, but at the same time you sort of want them to yourself a bit too. Okay, now I'm rambling, but that's something I'm a bit prone to, just ignore me ...

Yes he'll probably feel surplus to requirements and neglected. He'll definately be put out that Caroline prefers Mac over him. If they get back together he will certainly want to split them up. i bet its Guy who drops the bomb shell if Sue's carrying Mac's baby.
