MAN 1 CANNOT HEAR HIM. MAN 2 SHAKES HIM ON THE SHOULDER AND POINTS TO A SIGN ON THE WALL “PROTECTIVE GLOVES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES”

I liked this. It built up nicely. I liked the x over the ear sign for no shouting, that made me giggle. I think the measure of a sketch comes down to whether it makes you laugh or not and it made me laugh so mission accomplished Comrade and nice work. Neither of which can be said for your man1 and 2.
