How about a daily competition called "Chinese Whispers Sketch" where you start it off with a scene, a character and his/her first line and then we oiks have to add the next character and his/her first line... etc. Then when there's chaos you can tidy it up a bit and suggest that the next line comes from character X, etc. Then you can finish it off and start it again when its played out.
The winner each day would get 2p, or a quick ride on the back of your yella and pink C4laughs scootah? (I've seenya...!!! ...in my dreams!!!)
