I like this, but could you clarify a few things? Is the word Livery written on the car too? Hope you don't mind me saying, but I suggest you get rid of the whole "livery" thing. I think it's more marketable with just the "Polite" angle. Is the uniformed guy a police apprentice so instead he's in the Polite force? I'm assuming too that the uniformed man gets into the Polite car at the end before it drives off? You could have a series of sketches featuring a Polite force.
Yeah this is a nice idea. I remember i had an initial idea for a police force who arrested people if they cursed at animals but I only wrote the 1st couple of lines. Your sketch is a nice little idea and it could definately be a series of sketches. I can imagine him coming onto a pitch in the middle of a match and arresting a footballer for using profanities.
Yeah, I get it now too. Took me a while. The livery are the occupants? Is that it? Apologies. I mis-spoke. The campaign trail is draining me, and you get tired at 60 and become a bit absent-minded.
