Thanks for the comments, haven't been able to update for ages due to a combination of GCSE's, coursework and writers block - sorry about that!
here's the next part, hope it suffices for the wait

Leah: A babysitter? Mum, I'm eleven, not two!
Amy: Fine, a childminder then.
Leah huffed.
Leah: I don't see why I need one. I can take care of myself y'know.
Amy: I'm sorry Leah, but I can't take that chance.
Leah frowned.
Amy: It's only because I love you.
Leah scoffed then rolled her eyes.
Leah: That's your excuse for everything.
Amy smiled.
Amy: My mobile number's on the drawer there's leftover Chinese in the fridge. Cath should be here by six.
She picked up bag and opened the door to leave, then paused in the door way. She turned round then embraced her daughter, kissing her on the forehead. Leah pulled away in embarassment.
Leah: Mum!
Amy laughed.
Amy: See you later.
She closed the door behind her.
Leah (quietly): Bye.
Amy had to stop in amazement at the sight in front of her. The grand and extravagant restaurant sat in the street like an alien spaceship. She nervously stepped inside, and was almost immediately met by Don, who was looking wearier and harassed than he did when they first met earlier that day.
Don: Ah, Amy. Five minutes late but we shan't fret about that on your first day... here's your uniform, the ladies bathroom is on the right as you come in...
Amy tried to intercept with one of her many questions but, after handing her her 'uniform', Don rushed off before she could utter a word.
Sighing, she turned right on her way inside and into the ladies bathroom. It suprised her that a restaurant of that size wouldn't accomodate for the workers with a seperate bathroom. She brushed the thought aside, knowing that it was highly unlikely that she'd find any better and that she should have been grateful for such an oppurtunity. When she stepped inside the cubicle and unfolded the clothes, she was horrified by the sheer lack of dignity to them - the short skirt, fishnet tights and figure hugging, low cut blouse... it was the kind of outfit no self-respecting woman would wear if given the option. Amy looked down at her stomach, which, to her dismay, was beginning to pretude.
