WHO’S WHO?

I’m not gonna go over alll the characters but here is the general idea

BETHANY - likes to be known as Beth, she is Kress’ daughter and she is fourteen/fifteen, she is the most beautiful girl in her school and she is very popular as well as she is so nice…her fashion sense is slightly like Kris’ but not much… but it’s not like Jess’ at all, she generally wears denim ¾ lengths, with strappy tops and a variety of different jackets, on her feet she wears converse but they are never matching, her favourite ones to wear are one green and one orange

CAITLIN - Bethany’s best friend, going out with a guy called Ollie

MARTIN - Elliot’s son who really likes Bethany, he is a geek

KRIS & JESS - They are both now around thirty five and still a couple. Kris got a job working at a local radio station in Belfast, whereas Jess works in a beauty salon, she specialises in nails

She’s like a tornado, when she walks past me I just get blown away, she smiled at me this morning, one of her famous smiles which showed off all of her perfect teeth, I know I’m in love, but I no it’s never gonna happen, she’s got Jeeten, and she would never go out with a nerd, anyway a man can dream


AT THE KRESS HOUSE

It is the day before Beth’s fifteenth birthday, it is a Saturday, they are sitting round the table having breakfast,

Kris - what do you want to do tomorrow then?
Beth - I think I’m just gonna go bowling with Jeeten and Caitlin, oh and I might invite Ollie as well

Kris looks confused, ‘Ollie?’ Beth replied, ‘ Yes Ollie, that’s the guy Caitlin’s been going out with, Honestly dad keep up!’

Jess laughed at this, ‘ yeah Kris, keep up!’
‘ and did you know all this? Jess? Kris asked her.
‘Of course I did!’

Jess - so what do you want to do for food?
Beth - Well I was thinking we could comeback here for a Chinese?
Jess - yep sounds good, how are you going too get too the bowling?
Beth - dad’s taking me
Kris - am I? That’s news too me
Beth - well now you know

Just then Beth’s phone goes off

Kris - not at the table beth!
Beth - but I’ve got to just reply it’s Jeeten
Kris - but then he’ll reply
Beth - and then I’ll just have too reply again
Jess - oh just leave it Kris, I seem to remember you were always on your phone when you were younger
Kris - that’s not the point though
Beth - I think it is the point
Kris - Okay well I suppose I’m onto a lost cause seeing as it’s two against one, so beth what are you up to today?

Just then there was a knock on the door

Beth - that’ll be Jeeten, cya
Kris - but.. But ohm be back for five
Beth - half five?
Kris - you’re really pushing it you no
Beth - I love you dad
Kris - okay half five

And there she was gone

Jess smiled at Kris
Jess - she’s got you wrapped round her little finger
Kris - has not I was just choosing to be nice
Jess - whatever

They both laughed

Kris was watching the clock and the second it struck 5:30 Beth came in through the door, Kris smiled at her, she had good time-keeping skills he’s give her that.

Kris - good day?
Beth - yh it was good
Kris - do much?
Beth - no just hung round the park

Kris smiled and remembered what he was like with his first girlfriend, he hadn’t loved her, he just had a massive crush on her

Beth - what you smiling at?
Kris - is a man not allowed to smile anymore?
Beth - yh but they have to tell me what they’re smiling about
Kris - Cheeky
Beth - anyway I’m off to my room see you later
Kris - yh see you, have you got any homework?

Beth just closed the door to her room and pretended she hadn’t heard him, that way she didn’t have too answer, she did have homework she just couldn’t be bothered to do it

When Jess got back she knocked on the door to beth’s room

Beth - come in
Jess - Hey I’m back
Beth - hey mum
Jess - had a good day?
Beth - yeah it was fun =]… oh can Jeeten come round tonight for a bit, he only lives across the road
Jess - yep I shouldn’t think that would be a problem

Jess smiled at the fact that she had chosen to wait for her rather than ask her dad

Jess - but wait untill after tea, your dad’s cooking tonight
Beth - oh so we’re having chips then?
Jess - no your dad can cook as a matter of fact

Beth laughed… Dad cook?

Jess replied, ’okay I see your point but he is making lasagnes tonight
Beth - can’t wait to see that can Jeeten come round at seven then?
Jess - he sure can
Beth - thanks mum

Jess went out of the room laughing to herself


Kris saw her
Kris - what are you laughing about
Jess - oh there are many reasons
Kris - oh go on enlighten me
Jess - well me and Beth were just talking about your cooking skills
Kris - yh and why were you laughing then
Jess - well you and cooking
Kris - Oi I can cook very well thank you missy he said pulling her into a hug
Jess - and the fact that you have flour on your nose
Kris = walked over to the bag of flour dipped his hand in and then touched Jess’ nose
Kris - so do you

They then had a massive flour fight, when Beth was younger they had become more mature, but now they didn’t have too look after her much anymore they were really just big kids

Jess - anyway this isn’t cooking tea is it… Jeeten’s coming round at seven and we have too have had tea
Kris - Jeeten?
Jess - Beth ‘s boyfriend
Kris - oh right yeah
Jess - honestly Kris she’s been going out with him for 3 months now… surely by now you would have known his name
Kris - I do
Jess - yh of course now look at all this mess

Just then Beth came out of her room

Beth - woah what happened in here? Was anyone hurt when the bomb hit/
Kris - could you give me a hand to clean it up?
Beth - ummm well I suppose so… but I can go to bed when I want tonight
Kris - okay

Half an hour later it was all tidy and the tea was nearly ready, Beth had ended up doing all the cleaning because that was Kris’ version of ‘give me a hand’ but at least the tea was going smoothly

my story has reappeared so im not gonna update this reposted version just gonnna carry on the original ... its still called like a tornado lol
