My new story is mostly a mcdean fic that has a couple of new characters hope you enjoy.The first part is last september before any of the craig and john paul stuff.

Finding Dad
This is it i am about to meet my dad i said to myself as i arrived at chester station.My mum had died a few weeks ago i am 17 i never knew my dad but before she died she told me his name and she Knew that he lived in Hollyoaks.

I got of the train and got a taxi to hollyoaks.It seemed such a sweet little village there was a little cafe across the road that i decided to go to.When i got in i took a seat and a guy came over and asked me for my order.I asked him "Do you Know where Mike Barnes lives.

What do you think and trust me it will get better.

Thanks i wasn't sure whether to write this story i didn't think it was any good here is Part 2 meeting new friends

Tony told me where my dad lived i was scared but i knew i had to see him.I went to the the flat that Tony said and knocked on the door a girl that looked the same age as me answered and she asked me "Who are you"."Gemma"i replied "Gemma Barnes""Well i am Sarah Barnes are you a relation of mine"."Yeah i suppose i am your half sister".She just stood there in complete shock she opened her mouth to try and speak but she couldn't seem to get the words out."Come in" she eventually said.So i went in and told her everything she was so nice then my dad came home.Hey Sarah he said very chirpy."Dad this is your other daughter Gemma"she said motioning towards me i felt myself go bright red then a very bad thing happened."GET OUT"he screamed"Don't try and ruin my family"I let him lift me and put me out the door i wasn't in the mood to argue.Sarah followed him to the door she kept screaming at hi to put me down but he wasn't listening.Once he put me down and stormed back inside Sarah mouthed the word sorry to me.

I went down the stairs and ran.I ran right in to someone and all the contents of my bag went flying everywhere the boy who looked the same age as me helped me pick up all my things when i looked into his eyes they were perfect sees of blue."My names John Paul Mcqueen"he said."My names Gemma Barnes" i replied.

Part3
"Does that mean you are related to Sarah"he asked."Yeah i am her half sister"i replied.Do you wanna go to the loft later" he asked me."Yeah sure how do you know Sarah"i asked him."i am at her school" he said to me he asked me if i wanted to go to his house to get a coffee so i said alright.

Once we had had our coffee it was almost time to go to the loft.We both got ready in John Paul's bedroom and went down stairs.When we got to the loft the music was blaring.In about an hour i was completely plastered i had to hold on to john paul to keep my self standing.

We left the loft and started to make our way back to john pauls but i couldn't walk so John Paul carried me.We stumbled up the stairs and when we got into John Paul's room we fell on his bed and before either of us knew it we were kissing and then we started undressing and climbed under his covers.

Part4 The Morning After

When i woke up the next morning with John Paul i paniced my head was banging but i knew i had to go so i climbed out of his trying not to wake him up and got dressed.I left his room and went downstairs no one was awake he had told me of his large family so i slipped out of the front door and into the street.There was a rather cute boy standing at the door with a look of suprise."Whats your name" he asked me."Gemma Barnes what yours"."Craig Dean pleasure to meet you Gemma".I could feel my self getting redder by the second."It was nice meeting you to bye"and with that i ran down the street to the Barnes house i needed to speak to Sarah.

When i got there my dad answered the door he was a lot nicer than he was yesterday"Hey"he said calmly"Sorry about yesterday"he continued."It's ok"i said."Do you wanna come in and tell me some things"i simply nodded.

"So i take it your Sophie's daughter"he said to me i nodded."She moved up to Scotland is that where you lived"he asked me."Yep i have lived all my life in Scotland"."Do you have anywhere to go"he asked softly i shook my head and i was trying to hold back the tears"My mums dead you guys are all the family i have got"."Well you are now officially my daughter you can live here for as long as you want to although you do have two annoying half sisters and a very annoying stepmum".With that he took me into a hug and rocked me i just sat there sobbing into my dads chest.

Back at the Mcqueens Craig had woken John Paul up and they were sitting in John Pauls room there was a long silence which Craig decided to break"So who was that girl i saw a little while ago leaving here"."That was Gemma we slept together last night"."But i thought you were with hannah."I still am"he replied i want to be he thought to himself or was he lying...

Part 5 New beginings

It had been a week since i had arrived in Hollyoaks and yet it felt like a life time.My half sisters Amy and Sarah are really nice my dad is really good to me and my step mum is a bit evil but i don't really talk to her.I am scared today though my dad is makin me start school called Hollyoaks high sarah and amy go there but then again so does John Paul and by the looks of things Craig does to.

I was walking to school with Sarah and her friends Hannah and Nancy they both seemed pretty cool.When i got in the gates i saw John Paul and Craig.Craig spotted me and waved John Paul just stood there with a guilty look on his face i knew why Hannah was his girlfriend we didn't want anyone to know but i kinda guessed that Craig knew Sarah said him and John Paul were practically joined at the hip.

My first class was english and guess who i had to sit beside yep i had to sit beside John Paul.Coz craig offered to move i wanted to kill him.It was very akward i sat down we said hi to each other.But after a little while we wre chatting away i learned all about JP's family and he learned about mine we learned everything about each other in one class we were practically best friends.


Later on that night me JP and Craigy as i like to call him were in the loft.Craig was absoloutley mashed"Lightweight"me and JP joked."No i am not" he protested"Try and walk in a straight line then" i challenged.He tried and fell over it was like watching a comedy show i saw the way JP was looking at him and sort of blurted out "You love him don't you".I knew i was right regardless of what he was going to say.

Ooooo well she worked it out quick! (not that it wasn't obvious but...)
Yay she can help them get together

lol she can be a matchmaker! good part look forward to next installment!

Part6 Confessions

"What"John Paul asked me.I simply repeated my self "you love him"."No i don't"he replied."Jp no matter what you say i know that you love him coz of the way you look at him i doesn' matter if you are gay John Paul i will stand by you"."Thanks for understanding Gemz"."No probs i said.

As the night drew on it was about half 11 not only was Craig drunk but so were me and John Paul.We left at one in the morning we were swaying along the road singing Flower Of Scotland coz i had taught them it.The guys took me home first when i said goodbye to Craig and he started to walk away i mouthed to John Paul tell him.Craig was going out with my sister but i knew that John Paul loved Craig more than Sarah ever could.

The next morning Amy and Sarah woke me up they were fighting over the remote again.My head was banging but i remembered everything from last night.I invited JP over coz i was bored when he came to the door Sarah answered and started asking him if he knew where Craig was i had to try and save him so i hauled him into my room and locked the door.We chated about last night i could tell that he was hoping i'd forgot but i hadn't.

The next part of the story will be Hannahs Party.

Part 7 Hannah's Party

It had 4 months since i had arrived in Hollyoaks i have become one of the most popular girls in class apart from Sarah.Me and John Paul are really close and i am close to Craig as well the six of us are a little group if there is one of us you get the rest of us the group is me,Nance,JP,Craig,Hannah and Sarah.

It was the night of Hannah's party that changed some of our lives.It was hannahs 18th and she was having a big bash at her house Josh her kid brother had been trying to impress Aimes forever and she was starting to warm to him.Anyway it was half way through the party and Sarah was mashed Josh and Fletch got up and josh started singing to our amy it was dead romantic.Sarah was talking to Rhys hannah's big brother she was all over him then they started kissing this wasn't helped by th fact that Nance was havin a fight with chaela JP's little sister this attracted Craig's attention and that is when saw Sarah and Rhys snoggin the face of each other.Craig launched himself at Rhys and pushed him onto the table JP ran over and so did Gilly Rhys's mate and they were trying to pull them of of each other.When they had finally pulled them apart JP let somethin slip he said to Craig you're so much better than her then he ran of crying this is it i thought this was his chance to tell craig.Craig followed JP outside i was standing in the kitchen listening in.

"Whats up JP"i heard Craig say i saw JP struggle out of Craigs grip."Craig leave it"Jp said through the tears."Why did you say sarah wasn't good enough for me"craig asked."Please don't make me say it"JP pleaded."Look at me JP"Craig said with a hint of anger in his voice."Has she cheated on me"Craig asked JP."No i don't know"JP said."Then why are you being like this"Craig said "Tell me whats going on"he continued."I can't"JP whispered."Tell Me John Paul"Craig said with anger."You really wanna know you really wanna know why it think you should split up with Sarah."Yes Yes i do"Craig said."It's because i am jealous alright when ever i watch with her it kills me coz i wanna be the one that your laughing with that your goin home with"jp said."What"came Craigs reply."When i'm not with you i think about you all the time and then when i am with you i feel like my hearts gonna burst I'm I'm in love with you Craig i'm in love with you"Jp said before running away crying Craig just stood there completely shocked at this latest revelation i just wanted to hug him and tell him things would be ok but i knew that it wouldn't be ok.

That's a great chapter! Can't wait to find out what happens next!

Part8 Making decisions

John Paul had been phoning me all weekend asking me if i had spoken to or seen Craig since Hannah's party i said i hadn't even though i was lying.

Craig had phoned me on Saturday and we chatted he never told me about what happened on Friday night i don't think he wanted anyone to know.But when we had finished chatting he told me not to tell John Paul i had spoke to him i agreed especially after everything that had happened.

It was Monday morning i was walking to school with JP he looked so depressed but i made things worse by saying "I know what happened on Friday night"i know how dumb am i."What"JP sounded surprised."With you and Craig telling him you loved him i heard everything JP i am so proud of tyou i hav been nagging you for months to do it and you finally did"."Yeah but now JP stopped talking and looked behind me i followed his gaze and saw it was Craig he was looking at."Go talk to him"i said."Fine"JP said.And with that he trailed of in Craigs direction when he arrived at Craig they walked into the school i know i shouldn't of but i followed them.When they were safely inside the classroom i walked round the corner and towards the door i stood listening to what was being said there was parts with raised vioces on part of the conversation was very loud i heard JP say "I'm leavin"then Craig said "What".After Craig said this JP turned and walked towards the door but just when he was about to pull the handle Craig leaned against the door."I DON'T WANT YOU TO GO"craig said in a desperate voice.It was then i decided to leave them and this proved my point the path of true love never runs smoothly.
