hiya this is mi first fic.... so here goes... its bout warren n louise!

It’s at the time were louise a few weeks pregnant... but doesnt no who is the dad… she’s living with calvin.. but still feeling the way she always has for warren….

~ In Evissa ~

Louise is working along with carmel…is full of customers and there both rushed off their feet… when warren pops in.
Louise: warren I don’t have time for you
Warren: you two look rushed off your feet do you need a hand?
Louise and carmel both look at each other puzzled and look at him
Warren: What?
Louise: Are you not suppose to be working at the loft?
Warren: Nar, have got the day off
Louise doing a manicure.. carmel just popped into the back treatment rooms to do a massage.
Louise: so your plan for you day off is to come in here and work?
Warren: well actually I was planning on just checking up on the paper work and check thing was ok over here.
Louise: o right thanks so you don’t trust me then do you not?
Warren: course but was just making sure you weren’t doing too much… that’s why I said I’d help out…. So what do you want me to do then?
Louise: warren this is a salon, what can you do?
Warren: I don’t know, there must be something that I could do?!

Warren has now decided that it is a women’s job to work in a salon and the only thing he can do is make a bru and answer the phone!

Carmel: two more cups of tea
Warren: Sugar?

*At 6 o’clock *

Carmel had gone home… warren was still there sweeping up, putting away all the nail varnish.

Louise: Warren… why did you do that today? You didn’t have to.
Warren: I dunno really… I think its cause I’m such a nice person……
Louise: right ok then now I no there is another reason!
Warren: well no there isn’t I was just popping over to have a look at how the business was going, I now no its going really well and I have nothing to worry about… except that we need to get more staff over here to help you out.
Louise: o its ok…. today was a just a one off… carmel had over booked us and we didn’t realise till it was to late, and anyway me and carmel are ok on our own.
Warren: yes but you wont be working full time soon will you?
Louise: o right so there was another reason then was there?!
Warren: what do you mean?
Louise: you and the baby!
Warren: yes well… your not sure who the…..
Louise: warren don’t start that again.. I thought we had left it and you was going to leave me and calvin to it?
Warren: don’t worry I have, its just that we’re still friends and I will always look out for you no matter what… I always have… now that your pregnant just means I will more… right I’m off
Louise: where you going?
Warren: loft
Louise: for a drink?
Warren: nar am working tonight
Louise: you said you weren’t working!
Warren: I no I lied! Right well see you soon look after yourself, and if you need anything…
Louise: I no… come to you! O and thanks for today.
And the door closed. Two seconds later calvin comes in, to meet louise.
Calvin: what did he want?
Louise: I take it you mean warren, well he also owns this and he was just helping out today.
Calvin: don’t lie… I’m not stupid… it’s a salon!
Louise: he was making cups of tea and cleaning up.
Calvin: was doing nails to hard for him!! [laughing] you want to go out for something to eat?
Louise: no thanks I’m tired can we just go back.

Louise and calvin go back to calvin’s and have tea

Louise: it’s my scan tomorrow
Calvin: o right good… what time is it at?
Louise: ½ 10
Calvin: really? I’m sorry you should have told me earlier, I’m working.
Louise: are you being serious… I told you when… actually we booked it, it was you who decided the time.
Calvin: I’m really sorry I don’t know how it slipped my mind, there will be loads more though right?
Louise: yes but this is the first scan!

With that she when off to bed, in a huff.

*Next Day*

Calvin has gone off to work….Warren is at the loft working….Louise is bed thinking weather to go to this scan on her own or to go and see if warren will come with her… undecided she gets up and dress.. and just goes with whatever happens, and she walks down that steps to go and get a bus… thinking weather to go and see warren or not.. when katy comes over.

Katy: Hi Louise, where you off?
Louise: hiya… I’m just going for my first scan
Katy: o right, where’s Calvin? He meeting you there?
Louise: o no he’s had to work
Katy: that’s not right he should be there with you to see his baby… that is if it is his!
Louise: Katy don’t start that…
Katy: I wasn’t I was just saying or has he found out that it isn’t his?
Louise: Katy no he hasn’t and I haven’t got time for this
Louise walks off to catch the bus in a huff…. Katy has gone off to see warren in the loft.

~ Loft ~

Katy: Its Louise’s first scan today
Warren: o right I didn’t no… she hadn’t said out to me bout it… she’s probably gone with Calvin
Katy: nope she’s gone on her own… he’s working!!!
Warren: really?? And you let her go on her own?
Katy: yes well… she seemed in a rush [he wouldn’t find out]
Warren: how long ago did she go?
Katy: erm bout 5 minutes ago ish…. Why?
Warren: well I’m going to go… some one should go with her! Go and find Justin to look after here so I can go
Katy: I’ve just seen him in IL gnosh I’ll be back in a minute

Katy comes back with Justin 5 minutes later… warren drives off to the hospital

~ Hospital~

Louise is lay having her scan

Nurse: o look miss summers… you can’t really see much of them but there fine.
Louise [looking puzzled]: what do you mean them?? Me and the baby?
Nurse: no miss summers you’re having twins!
Louise: what?!
Nurse: you’re having twins
Louise: o right ok I didn’t no that
Nurse: well one of either you or you boyfriend may have twins running in their family
Louise: well it isn’t me
Nurse: might be your boyfriend or could just be look then!
Louise: o right ok

When Louise had finished she was walking out through reception and she saw warren just walking in.

Louise: what are you doing her?
Warren: Katy said you had come on your own… and I thought that I’d come with
Louise: aww thanks but you’re a bit late I’ve already had it done
Warren: and??? Is everything ok?
Louise: Yes yes everything is fine [I’ll leave it at that he doesn’t need to no yet]
Warren: well that’s good then… you know you could have asked me to come with you if you.
Louise: yes I no well I only found out that Calvin wasn’t coming with me last night, and thought it was a bit short notice to ask you.
Warren: o right ok well I would have you no… well anyway come on do you want to go for a coffee before I go back to work?
Louise: warren….
Warren: just as friends, come on I’ve said I’ll leave you your with Calvin… it’s only a coffee.
Louise: fine ok then

Warren and Louise go off for a coffee into Chester in a little café…just chatting about things and life… on their way back to the village Louise [thinking of how she could bring up if he had any twins that run in his family… but she couldn’t think of a way so she left it and thought she would try on Calvin… then she thought she could talk to Katy and see if she knew if there was twins running in their family! Right that’s what I’ll do…]

Louise: warren what would I do without you? [As they get close to the village]
Warren: well at this moment you would be on a bus
Louise [laughs]: you no what I mean… you looking after me all the time
Warren: yes well I always have done
Louise: yes I no and with the baby and everything you leaving me letting me be happy with Calvin
Warren: well if that’s what will make you happy… then I’m happy.
Louise: thanks [kissing him on the cheek and getting out of the car]
Warren: see you around, I best get back to work

Warren runs up the steps to the loft.

Warren: Katy, what are you still doing here?
Katy: was just giving Justin a hand
Warren: o right well you can go now cause I’m back
Katy: how’s things with Louise?
Warren: everything’s fine, I’ve just dropped her off
Katy: well I’m going to go and see her then since I’m not wanted her!!

~ Evissa ~

Louise had just sent Carmel on her lunch so.

Katy: Hey Louise, am sorry about before I was out of order I…
Louise: it’s ok Katy I shouldn’t have said what I did as well.
Katy: warren said that everything is fine you looking forward to your baby now?
Louise: o ye I am… can I ask you something and will you not say anything to anyone else especially warren?
Katy: erm what? It depends? What’s up?
Louise: o o don’t worry there’s nothing wrong it’s just do you have any twins in your family?
Katy: you’re having twins? That’s brilliant
Louise: yes am just getting my head round the idea at the moment, so do you?
Katy [frowning]: no there isn’t, well not that I no of anyway
Louise: o [not sounding to happy]
Katy: take it they don’t in your then
Louise: nope
Katy: take it its Calvin’s then
Louise: seems so… don’t tell warren please…cause it could just be random
Katy: right I won’t, are you going to find out if they run in Calvin’s?
Louise: no well I’ll just leave it, cause I think they could do and if they don’t he will go off on one and think that it is warren’s!
Katy: well if that’s what you want I won’t say anything

With that Katy walks out of evissa and goes back to warren’s flat… leaving Louise with her thoughts….
[O well that’s good if they are Calvin’s isn’t it? That’s what I want isn’t it? O I don’t know… we’ll have to see how things go]

*5 months on*

Louise is now got a massive bump clearly showing she is pregnant… warren is looking out for her more than ever…. He is now working most days in evissa doing what ever he can to make sure Louise isn’t over doing it and Calvin is now getting jealous of the amount of time Louise and warren are spending together.

Louise: warren, you know you don’t have to do this
Warren: yes I no but I don’t want you over doing things, you’re getting a massive bump now and I’ve been think…
Louise: o you sure you’re ok? You not got headache or anything?
[Both laughing]
Warren: I no, doesn’t happen a lot but you not think you should you no...
Louise: what warren? Stop work?
Warren: well yes, you could just cut down you hours at least, you not think? You seem tired
Louise: I am get a little tired
Warren: well there you go then... see I know you
Louise: ok then I will I’ll just do a few hours a week then but who else will help? You can’t…
Warren: o don’t worry I wont be losing you any customers with dodgy manicures or out.
Louise: what then?
Warren: Katy could work here if that ok with you?
Louise: o yes never thought of that… and I could just come in to make sure things are running smoothly
Warren: see it would be perfect…. Everyone will be happy
Louise: yes
Warren: well I’m off am working at the loft in a minute see you.
Louise: and thanks warren
Warren: and you no where I am if you need anything
Louise: thanks

Louise: Hiya babe
Calvin: hi
Louise: what’s up?
Calvin: nothing
Louise: don’t lie, just tell me
Calvin [getting down on one knee]: Louise will you marry me?
Louise [gob smacked]: Calvin what are you doing? I thought we were going to leave things like this till after the baby was born?
Calvin: yes yes I know but I just thought
Louise: well don’t [what is it men thinking day today or something?]
Calvin: o and do you not think that you should stop work now? You should be resting
Louise: I can’t stop completely… how about I just do a few hours a week?
Calvin: o ok then… but you do need to have some rest!
Louise: fine I’ll do just a few hours then [he thinks he’s got it his way]
Calvin [see I do have control of what she does and I’m glad she didn’t say yes and we can re-think things after the baby is born… I won’t be able to bring up a baby if it’s Warren’s!]
Louise: I’m just going out for a while… said I’d meet Carmel in the loft
Calvin: do you have to? You can’t drink?
Louise: yes I said I would… and I no they do serve orange juice you know!
Calvin: yes I did but…
Louise: but what? I’m going see you in a bit

Louise walks out of Calvin’s and goes off to the loft

~ Loft ~

Louise goes over to Carmel they both sit down on the sofas.

Carmel: I’m so glad you came
Louise: as if I wouldn’t… now what do you want to drink?
Carmel: no no its fine louise I’ll get them
Louise: its fine… I’m fine so what do you want? Glass of wine?
Carmel: if your sure… white please

Louise has just got up and is about to head towards the bar when a man in his early 20s pushes her out of the way... out of no where warren comes rushing over
Warren: what do you think your doing? Can you not see?
Lad [looking at louise]: o I’m sorry, I didn’t no [looking at warren] what has it got to do with you? Keep out! nothing happened!
Louise: warren leave it
Warren: just watch were your going in future right?
Lad: fine

Lad walks off
Louise: you know you don’t have to do that… he wasn’t doing anything
Warren: I no am sorry… were was you off anyway?
Louise: bar
Warren: why whats up with carmel?
Louise: nothing
Warren: well its ok I’ll get them… and next time you or carmel want a drink just give me a shout ok?
Louise: there’s no need warren
Warren: I insist
Louise: orange juice and a white wine please
Warren: coming right up

*Later that night*

Louise is getting trouble off that lad from before… trying to chat her up and tries to get a kiss off her but she is having none of it and tells him to stop it… warren then comes over
[Warren has now stopped doing drugs every since he found out he could becoming a dad and has also cut out the violence, and now has more control over his temper]

Warren: give it a rest she ent interested
Lad: keep you nose out mate
Warren: sorry mate but I don’t think so… just leave her alone
Lad: and what are you? In her head or something?
Warren: just leave them alone or you will have to leave
Lad walks off

Louise: thanks warren
Warren: its ok that’s what I’m here for [smiling]

*5 minutes later*

Lad: come on… you know you want to
Louise: get lost
Lad: or what you going to get your minder?
Warren: I ent her minder and I’ve just told you to leave them alone! Now get out!
Lad: no
Warren: now!

Warren grabs him and pushes him out side, Louise and carmel follow… once out on the yard the lad turns round and throws a punch at warren and then starts on him… warren throws a single punch which lands right on his cheek and he goes crashing to the ground… calvin just turns into the yard at the point where warren sends a punch… calvin rushes over to see if the lad is ok and rings the police and an ambulance as the lad is now out cold...
The ambulance pulls up quickly followed by the police….
Warren has since returned inside the loft.

Louise: thanks for that
Warren: its ok
Louise: you ok?
Warren: what you mean?
Louise: because of that lad?
Warren: what? [puzzled]
Louise: o it doesn’t matter… its getting late I best be going
Warren: right well its closing soon anyway its nearly 1
Louise: night [giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek]
Warren: night

Warren close up and locks up the loft and is on his way back to his flat when the police pull up….

Police 1: Are you Warren Fox?
Warren: Yes
Police 2: I’m arresting you on suspicion of assault
Warren: you what?
Police 1: get in the car please Mr Fox

~ Police Station ~

Police 1: Mr Fox do you work in the loft
