Whose Who?
(I know you kind of know but I thought it would be good just to do this anyway especially for the new character)
Kris Fisher: Student studying media studies at HCC. Kris likes to dress up as 80’s pop icon Boy George. Currently single but has strong feelings for flatmate Jessica Harris. He works at the local pub and he is also the HCC Agony Uncle on the radio.
Jessica Harris: Jess is currently dating CJ (Calvin James) and has been doing so for a couple of months. At first she started to date CJ in the hope it would stop her having such strong feelings for Kris Fisher. Kris & Jess decided to be friends Jess often criticises everything about him to try and avoid showing any feelings for him
CJ: Your average boy. He enjoys having a laugh with the other boys at HCC but hardly ever does seeing as Kris Fisher has a huge dislike towards him and everybody sticks by Kris.
Will: Boyfriend of Zoe. He appears to be a normal guy but he often suddenly does the odd thing that would appear to be out of character to the rest of the flat. One minute he is your best mate but all of a sudden he’ll be slaging you of behind your back.
Zak: Zak is working towards becoming a P.E teacher. He’s hard not to like and is always up for a laugh with his mates.
Zoe: Girlfriend of Will. She enjoys a laugh with the guys and is a bit of a tomboy but you can be sure that if you’re going through a tough time she’ll be there as a shoulder to cry on.
Scene 1: Jess and CJ are sitting in the SU Bar with a drink. They are laughing and joking
CJ: Did you see Kris’s outfit today?
Jess: Yeah. Why what’s wrong with it?
CJ: what’s right with it. I can’t believe you nearly went out with that tranny
Although Jess doesn’t like to hear him talk about Kris like this she smiles and nods along anyway
Jess: Anyway erm are you going out tonight
CJ: well I was going out with Zak tonight but if you have something in mind… (Cheeky grin)
Jess: No I was just asking
CJ: and there was me thinking you wanted to spend time with your adorable boyfriend
Jess: well there you go
Kris then comes in. he looks and sees Jess so he starts to walk over but then he sees she’s with CJ so he changes direction
Jess: Kris come and sit over here
Kris sighs and sits next to Jess
Kris: I hope I’m not intruding
Jess: (Just as CJ is about to speak) of course not
Kris: good
Jess: Why don’t I go and get the drinks in
Kris: Well how could I say no to that
Jess: Usual then?
Kris and CJ both nod and she walks of to the bar.
CJ: (Feeling a little bit uncomfortable) so what did you talk about on the show today
Kris: Fashion. You should have tuned in you could do with the help
CJ gives him a dirty look
CJ: I think your mistaken there mate I mean have you looked in the mirror lately
Kris: you’re just jealous ‘cause you know I look better than you
CJ: that’s not what Jess thinks
Kris: what are you talking about?
CJ: well I said how bad your outfit was today and she seemed to agree with me
Kris looked up at CJ angrily and then at Jess who was bringing the drinks. Jess put the drinks on the table. Kris stood up, barged past her and stormed of.
Jess: what did you say to him?
CJ: I didn’t say anything you know what he’s like. Kris has more mood swings that all the teenagers put together in Hollyoaks
Jess: maybe I should go and see if he’s all right
CJ: no. I bet he’ll be back to normal by the time we get back to Halls
Jess: ok
Scene 2: Jess and CJ came into the flat. Zoe was making herself a drink
Zoe: hey
Jess & CJ: Hey
Zoe: Jess erm do you have any idea what’s wrong with Kris
Jess: what do you mean
Zoe: when he came back he stormed straight to his room and seemed really angry and upset
Jess: (Sighs) I’ll go and talk to him
Jess goes over to Kris’ door. She knocks but there is no answer so she goes in anyway
Jess: hey
Kris: (Angrily) what do you want
Jess: well you stormed out of the SU Bar so I just came to see what’s up
Kris: don’t act like you care
Jess: what do you mean?
Kris: you don’t care about me. If you remotely bothered about me you wouldn’t be slaging me of behind my back
Jess: what are you going on about?
Kris: don’t give me that. You were saying to CJ how hideous I looked today
Jess: (Angrily) KRIS IF YOU STUCK AROUND TO HEAR THE ENTIRE STORY BEFORE YOU WENT OF IN A MARDI THEN YOU WOULD KNOW THAT CJ SAID THAT NOT ME CAUSE I THINK YOU LOOK GOOD TODAY!!!
Jess stormed out and slammed the door shut
Zoe: I’m guessing that didn’t quite go to plan
Jess: CJ why did you tell him that
CJ: ‘Cause he was winding me up
Jess: look Kris is a friend and a good friend at that and I don’t appreciate you telling him that I was slaging him of when it was you
CJ: you agreed with me
Jess: only because if I said that I thought he looked good today you would go all paranoid and say that I still liked him
CJ: listen babe I’m sorry
CJ gives Jess a hug
CJ: Look why don’t we all hit the SU Bar tonight
Jess: All of us?
CJ nods
Jess: Including Kris?
CJ: Yeah if he wants to come
Jess: I’ll go and ask him
Jess once again knocks on Kris’ door and just walks in
Jess: we’re all going to The Loft tonight do you want to join is
Kris: suppose. It’s not like I’ve got anything better to do
Jess: how about we meet around half nine
Kris: k
Jess stands there for a couple of seconds trying to get a bit more of a response but he carries on flicking through his magazine so she walks out
Zoe: is he coming?
Jess: yep. Is half nine ok for everyone
Zoe; yeah I’ll meet you there yeah. I’d better inform Will & Zak
Jess nods and walks to her room. CJ follows her
Scene 3: Zoe, Kris, Will and Zak are at the Loft. They are waiting for Jess and CJ
Kris: typical. I bet you they’re snuggled up in bed together
Zoe: oh I think it’s rather sweet.
Kris gives her s dirty look
Will: Do I detect a hint of jealousy Kris?
Meanwhile, outside Claire is throwing petrol at The Loft. She then throws a cigarette lighter and BBBBBBBBBBAAAAAAAAAANNNNNGGGGGG!
