ok, I will be starting a new fanfic now, i hope you all like it first part should be up in a little bit.....

Chapter 1
Jennifer Hunt climbed out of her mum and dad’s VW. She glanced around the small shops and houses, there weren’t many people out. At least it would be less crowded she thought. She saw a few school kids walk past and disappear into a small shop named Drive ‘n’ Buy. She frowned and twisted her mouth. Making friends would be the hard part.
She shut the car door and walked to the otherside of the car and opened the door. She reached in and unclicked her little brother and picked him up. She felt his fingers grasp her neck reassuringly. She took him inside to their new flat. She sighed heavily as she noticed the many boxes littering their new living room. Unpacking; she hated it. Jennifer put her little brother gently on the floor and smiled at him. She heard the front door shut and looked up as her mum and dad walked through the door, they sat down on the sofa. They were all silent. Jennifer was the first to speak.

“So this is Hollyoaks then?” she grinned ruefully.
“Yeah” came her mum’s reply “as good as it gets.”
“I am going to try and find her again, you do know that don’t you?” Jennifer said whilst exhaling.

Her mum and dad looked at each other and sighed.

“Are you sure? I mean, how many times have you tried? Her dad said.
“Not enough” came the reply.

Jennifer rose from her seat and tapped her little brother gently on the back.

“Come on Benjy, we’re going exploring.”

Chapter 2
Jennifer yawned as she sat down to eat breakfast. Her mum and dad had already been up for an hour when Jen had actually gotten up. She sat down beside Benjy and smiled as he grabbed the cereal box and poked his tongue out at her. She reached over and attempted to take the cereal box out of his hand, but he was too fast remarkable as he was only four. She got up and instead put some toast in the toaster. She glanced over at the sofa, and saw the school uniform; her school uniform. Her insides filled with dread.
Half an hour later, she was staring at her reflection in her new school uniform. She sighed picked up her bag, kissed Benjy, and hugged her mum and dad as they wished her good luck. She pushed the front door open took a deep breath and began the walk to the school.

She got to the school gates and peered in. Looked like any other school. She headed across the ground to the main doors, she placed her hand on the door and pushed it open. She saw a small office area and went up to it.

“Um..I’m new, I’m starting today, do you know where I go?” she asked.
“Yes of course, what’s your name?” the woman asked.
“Jennifer Hunt”
“Ah yes, room 7C your form tutor will tell you everything else.”
“Thank you.” She smiled as she turned away.

She walked slowly down the corridor until she reached 7C. She entered the classroom. Empty. She sat down right at the back and sighed. At the same time a blonde girl walked in and stopped.

“Who are you?” she quizzed.
“Jennifer Hunt. And you are?”
“Michela McQueen.” She relaxed.

She sat down next to Jennifer and they started to chat, until the teacher came in.

“Ah, Jennifer, nice to see you for the first time.” She smiled jollily, and Michela rolled her eyes.

“Richards, complete cow when you get to know her.”
“I see…”

The classroom started to fill with noise as people began to file in as the bell rang loudly overhead. All eyes where on her.

Chapter 3
Hollyoaks had only been Jennifer’s home for one week but she already felt like she belonged there. She had already made friends with Michela, Sasha and Amy. Her studies were improving steadily, and her parents were pleased. But one thing still troubled Jennifer, she still hadn’t found her.
She was constantly trying to think of the past, of her past, something that would try and make her remember, to help her find her. She had to be 21, a student perhaps. HCC. Maybe, just maybe…

“Excuse me, can you tell me where HCC is please?”
“Just down there” he pointed “and take a left”
“Thanks”

She took a deep breath, hesitating, she put one foot in front of the other and began walking slowly towards HCC. She stopped outside the large brick building and looked up. Big, she thought. That means a lot of students to search through. She opened the door and walked in. There was a small reception where a small lady was sitting doing a crossword, she looked up.

“Can I help you?”
“Could you tell me where the editor’s office for the student magazine is please?”
“Down the hall and to your right.” She smiled
“Thanks.”

She walked down the hall and turned right. She was there. Time to search she thought. She knocked four times.

Chapter 4
Jessica Harris sat at her desk typing up her final article to make it in this weeks magazine. Four knocks on the door suddenly took her by surprise.

“Come in”

A tall girl, with dark brown hair opened the door and stepped in. Jessica looked puzzled, not a student. She must go to Hollyoaks Comprehensive.

“Oh hey. Um..I’m Jen. I was woundering if I could advertise in the magazine for the students?”
“yeah, sure,” she glanced at her computer screen, and opened a word document. “What’s it for?”
“Well, I’m trying to find someone actually. She’s a student here... I think” She stopped, should she continue. “You see I was adopted when I was 12, along with my brother who was 1. I had an older sister who was at boarding school, and I haven’t seen her in 3 years.” She paused looking hesitant. “I just really miss her, and want to contact her”

Jess paused. She was thinking of the best way to put this in words.

“Sure, what’s your name?”
“Jennifer Hunt”
“And her name is?”
“Jess, Jessica Harris.”

Jess looked at her, mouth slightly open, unable to move. Surely not, this couldn’t be the sister her mum and dad gave up? This couldn’t be Jen… could it?

Chapter 5
Jess stared at her. What should she do? Jen looked puzzled as she saw Jess’ expression.

“What?” jen asked, puzzled.

Silence. Jess put her head in her hands. Great. What was she meant to do now? She looked up at her unsuspecting sister.

“Nothing, I just remembered I was meant to…um…write a letter to the Dean” she lied unconvincingly.
“Oh right” Jen said, her eyes narrowing.
“Anyway, I’ll make sure I sort out that advertisement.”
“Ok, thanks” she smiled.

Jess’ insides panged with guilt as she saw the smile. She remembered it so well. Jen turned to go. This was jess’ chance to tell her.

“Wait…” jess said suddenly.
