Jess: KRIS!!!!!!!! Where is my best eyeliner?

*Kris stumbles out of his room with his best clothes on and a face almost painted with makeup including eyeliner*

Kris: ok ok keep your wig on! I needed it

Jess: why would you need this?

Kris: date *smiles cheekily and the slight frown on jess’ face. He knew she was jealous*

Jess: well it must be another blind date I mean she’d have to be to think going out with a clown was good for her!

Kris: *frowns* oh is that the time? I have places to go *walks towards the door* unlike some people *walks out not giving jess a chance to reply jess slumps on the sofa reading a magazine fed up, when Zoë walks in*

Zoë: what’s up jess?

Jess: don’t-even-ask

Kris walks in and suddenly catches the eye of the man waiting for him behind the bar, it’s his date Shawn

Shawn: well hello, I thought you weren’t coming but by the looks of you I’m glad I waited

Kris: stop with the flattery and buy us a drink *they both laugh as “Shawn” buys the drinks and they wander to a table*

Shawn: so. How is life as a student?

Kris: not what it was supposed to be

Shawn: what do you mean?

Kris: I wanted parties all night and legless nights, but I guess we’re all more mature

Shawn: whose we?

Kris: me, Zoë, zac, will and jess *with the word jess it’s like Kris has melted*

Shawn: you like them?

Kris: well yeah they’re my best friends. I could never live with someone I didn’t like

Shawn: good-

Kris: but jess, she’s completely hypocritical

Shawn: why-

Kris: I borrowed her eyeliner and she complained! But she borrows my stuff all the time!!

Shawn: sounds mean *unenthusiastically, after an hour of talking about jess Shawn finally speaks* look I have gotta go as erm I’ve got to meet my mum at the train station

Kris: whatever. Thanks for the drinks *Shawn leaves leaving Kris drinking away thinking about jess*

Back at HCC Zoë and Jess are sat on the sofa watching TV while sharing a pizza. Then Kris walks in and nicks a piece

Zoë: heyyaa

Kris: hi *miserably and jess smiles secretly*

Jess: did you date go to plan?

Kris: what do you think?

*he goes to his room and slams the door and Zoë looks at jess expecting sympathy for Kris*

Jess: mmm well it serves him right, now *looks at the pizza* back to this *Zoë rolls her eyes*

go see him jess go! *waves arms in mystical way* lol! xox

Zoë: go on *grabs the slice of pizza as jess is about to eat it*

Jess: hey! Do what?

Zoë: he needs your support

*Zoë smiles as jess rushes to Kris’s door and knocks*

Kris: what now?

Jess: its jess, can I come in?

Kris: do I have a choice? *jess walks in answering his question*

Jess: look-

Kris: look what? It’s not his fault you’re a tranny? What other insults now?

Jess: I was going to say, look Kris he’s obviously stupid I mean who couldn’t like you? *Kris smiles loving the flattery off her* Kris you’d beat me on a date any day *saddens* everyone likes you *turns to leave*

Kris: jess?

Jess: yep

Kris: thank you

Jess: that’s ok *turns again*

Kris: and I like you *jess blushes behind her hair*

Jess: thanks *she leaves and Kris falls back on his bed*

Kris: god that girl!
