the next morning jess is still in hospital sleeping. kris is also sleeping with his head rolled back on one side. then zoe, zac and will walk in and kris and jess both wake and instantly put on a fake smile.

zoe: heyyyy

jess: hiya (zoe goes up to her and hugs her gently as if she were to fall to peices if squeezed too tightly)

zac: hi jess (he goes and kisses her cheek)

will: hi

jess: hi will

kris: honestly she has only been away from hcc one day

jess: one and half actually (jess instantly remembers she is supoused to have had memory loss) or so they tell me (kris smiles at her and she smiles back)

zoe: what do you mean?

kris: jess can't remember anything about the attack, she can only remember why she was there (kris saddens) because of me

jess: (jess takes kris' hand) it wasn't your fault

kris: but-

jess: no buts, (jess leans in and kisses kris)

*zoe and zac both smile as will frowns at them*

will: well i'm off

zoe: maybe we should leave you to it (jess and kris are too lost in each other to answer)

zac: i agree

*zoe zac and will both walk out of the door*

kris: our plan is working but i meant what i said

jess: and so did i. it wasn't your fault it was wills'

kris: (suddenly serious and so mad that he looks like he could cry) and i sware jess, on my own life. he'll pay for what hes done to you if its the last thing i do

two weeks later and jess is all ready to get out of hospital, kris is stood next to her holding her two bags. jess doesn't have any bandages but a few scratches remain on her face.

kris: god! what have you got in these?

jess: ya know, stuff

kris (smirking): too much stuff for two weeks in hospital

jess (smiling): yeah i guess. i can't say i'll miss hospital

kris:i hate it, it reminds me of- anyway lets get out of here

jess looks at kris with sympathy as she can tell something happened to someone he loved in hospital but didn't ask him about it as she knew it would upset him so instead she walked towards him, smiled at him and placed her hands tenderly on his face brushing it slightly then she took a bag and they held hands all the way out of hospital

zoe and zac were on the sofa watching tv when kris and jess walked in

zoe: heyy *she ran up to jess and gave her a hug before smiling at kris holding jess' hand*

zac: heya jess, i'm so glad you're ok *hugs her and then goes straight back to the footy match on the telly*

kris: typical *jess and zoe laugh and then zoe goes into the kitchen to make some tea. jess drops her phone and at the same time kris and jess bend down for it. they bump each others heads and laugh and as jess puts her hand on her phone, kris places his hand on jess' and as they lean in to kiss Will walks in and kris and jes spring up and smile at Will fakely*

jess looking a bit anxious at seeing her attacker again: hi will

will grumpily: hi

kris holds jess' hand in support and smiles at will though his eyess are filled with hate

zoe: here's your tea jess *handing jess the cup*

will; i supouse i'll make my own!

zoe: you wern't here

will: like that makes any difference to you! *will sulks into the kitchen and puts on the kettle, when he turns round after he hears the door close he realises jess, kris, zac and zode have gone out. he heads to his room to watch another 'epesode' of zoe*

kris: so, where do you think we're going?

jess; the ddog silly!


kris: no i mean with 'us'

jess: oh erm, well i know i really like you and i was hpoing you liked me

kris: so i'm right we're just a bit of fun? *jess looks at him disapopinted and upset*

jess: yeah, i guess thats all we are *she looks at kris but she turns away and puts her head down* look i don't feel very well i'm gunna head back

kris: oh, ok well see you later then *again jess is disapointed. this time that he didn't come back with her*

jess: zoe, i'm off ok? *raising hger voice*

zoe: yeah ok jess i'll see you later then *zoe isn't really realising what jess is feeling like as she's lost in conversation with zac, jess heads back to hcc disapointed and upset. she opens the door and shuts it quietly and intends to go to her room and sleep, but as she passes wills door she hears something familiar... zoe's vioce*

jess peared round will's door and stepped into his room. she stared at the computer screen will was watching so egerly. it was zoe... getting changed. jess stepped back aware now of how much danger she was under but as she did so a floor board creaked and will sprung up and looked at jess' horrified face, he smiled.

will: don't pretend you didn't know i was like this, i tried to kill you the first time and i didn't sucseed, now i'm gunna kill you for sure and more importantly kill kris by doing so.

jess: so this is what its all about, getting back at kris? whats he ever done to you?!

will: he is too close to zoe, she believes his word over mine, i can't have that *will runs to the door and locks it jess trys to open it but he has a tight grip on her wrist*

jess: please will, let me go! i'll pretend nothing ever happened i promise

will: i don't care i want you dead, i want to to die in front of him *will pulls jess out of hcc and ever time she trieed to refuse he simply showed her the knife he had in his pocket*

kris potted the black pool ball and smiled at zoe who was appauled at loosing. He looked around him and his face showed consern.

zoe: i can't believe you won, kris! kris, whats up?

kris: i thought jess was going to come back

zac; you got it bad mate

kris: what do you mean?

zoe: it's obvious to everyone but you that she loves you, and you love her

kris: what?!

zoe: kris don't deny it. jess is simply fed up, and who can blame her. *kris gives zoe a confused look* everytime she trys to talk to you about her feelings you tell her she is a 'bit of fun', and you're the one whos surprised she's gone home!

kris; ok ok, i'll go and talk to her *kris grabs his coat and heads out of the dog, he heads b ack to hcc determained to tell jess something, but maybe not everything. however as he walks on he sees someone heading down the alley way, will! draging jess. kris shouts at will but wills says nothing but he smikles and carries on dragging jess down the alley way.

kris thought for a second. what was he doing? was was he going to do? and more importantly would jess be ok? he knew he had to save her and so he ran the fastest he ever had and ever would, but so did will. kris chased him down the alley way and eventually they reached a dead end, will though he wasn't expecting kris to catch him pulled out a knife and put it on jess' neck threatening to cut her trought

kris: will stop this!

will: how does it feel to watch you're girlfriend die, oh i forgot, she's not your girlfriend thats too serious! *will gently scratched jess' neck with the knife making a red mark though not nearly enough to kill her*

kris: stop *kris' eyes were watering and jess had silent tears falling down her face, will smiled evily*

will: a few more of them and no one will save her

*kris ran to will who was about to cut jess again but kris held back the knife as he stood in front of jess, he looked depp into her eyes and she smiled at him*

jess: i love you kris, i love you so much *she now started sobbing, kris looked at her lovingly*

kris: i love you too *she smiled and almost magicly kris found the strength to hold back the knife so that it was close to will's neck,v he took the knife away and punched will in the face knocking him unconcious. jess ran to him kissing him with joy* i love you so much
