Hi guys!! I wrote this for the McDean anniversary! It’s a one off. Comments much appreciated! It’s set to Sia Breath Me.
John Paul sat in his room, he had just had another argument with Kieron. He couldn’t take it anymore he didn’t want to keep fighting, so he did the most logical thing. He got up of his bed and grabbed a bag from the wardrobe, he started filling it with some of his clothes.
He went into the bathroom and grabbed his toothbrush, and walked back to his room. Once he had finished he zipped up his bag and left his room.
When he got downstairs he got a piece of paper and found a pen, on the piece of paper he wrote. ‘Mum, I’m sorry I have to go for a little while, it’s you’ve done though it’s my own fault. Anyway I just wanted you to know I’ll be safe where I’m going, love John Paul x” he left the bit of paper on the table in the middle of the living room.
He then picked up his bag and left the house, there was a taxi waiting outside for him. He climbed inside, “Airport please mate!”
The taxi driver nodded, and started to drive. Going through the village John Paul saw the faces of the people he would miss, he saw Nancy, Hannah, Kris, Elliot. They all saw him too, they knew where he was going already. But then coming out of Drive N Buy, John Paul saw Kieron, Kieron spotted him as well. John Paul asked the taxi driver to stop for a minute, John Paul got out of the taxi.
“Kieron I’m sorry but I’m going away I don’t know when I’ll be or if I’ll be back! I just want you to know I did... I do love you! “ both John Paul and Kieron were crying.
Kieron leaned in and gave John Paul a kiss, “I know you do John Paul, just not as much as you love him right?”
“I’m so sorry Kieron I didn’t mean to hurt you!”
“I know you didn’t and for what it’s worth I love you too! But John Paul it’s
obvious you love him more so go, go and get
him!” Kieron said tears falling freely.
John Paul smiled and nodded, “Thank you!” He then climbed back in the taxi, the driver began to drive again. John Paul waved to all the people he was leaving behind.
When John Paul arrived at the airport he remembered the last time he was here. All the hurt, the upset but none of that mattered now.
A little while later John Paul’s plane landed at his destination, he got his things and walked through the gate. Through the crowds of people he saw those beautiful chocolate eyes, and beautiful olive skin. He ran through the people that were blocking his path, when he reached the man. The embraced each other.
“I’ve missed you so much!” John Paul whispered in his ear.
Craig pulled back and smiled, “I’ve missed you too John Paul!”
Craig leaned in and gave John Paul a gentle kiss on the lips. When he pulled back he saw the look of shock on John Paul’s face. “I love you John Paul, I’ve grown up alot in these last 8 months.”
“I’m glad!” John Paul smiled giving Craig another kiss.
“Who said airports weren’t romantic places!” Craig laughed. John Paul just giggled at the tone in Craig’s voice.
They then had the sweetest kiss of either of their lives.
Craig grabbed John Paul’s things and started to walk, John Paul followed. They went outside where there was a taxi waiting for them. They climbed in the back.
“By the way John Paul, Happy Anniversary!”
“Happy Anniversary!” John Paul smiled, this was where he belonged with the man he loved, Craig was right for him they just fitted.
