hi, my name is elaine and I know that you're all prob sick and tired of reading stories about jp and craig but i thought i would give it a go anyway. I'm pretty bad at spelling so apologies for that. Also, Sorry in advance if it's really bad! lol
Ok, So this story starts with craig dumping JP a few days before the exam results come out.

"So that's it, you don't want to be with me anymore? Do you not love me anymore?" John Paul's eyes were full of tears and painand he didn't wait to hear Craig's answer before running out of the door. He ran and ran, until he was out of breath and couldn't run anymore. He collasped to the ground sobbing uncotrollably.
Craig Stared at the table for a moment. he felt ashamed of himself, a feeling that he had grown used to in the past few months. He jumped up and went to find John Paul, to explain. The least he owed him was an explanation.
Craig Found him sitting on the ground outside the Dog straing out into the distance. His tears were still drying on his face as Craig went over to him. Craig reached out his hand to touch John Paul but John Paul recoiled at his touch.
"Look, let me explainthis. Please," Craig pleaded with him.
"Why should I? You've trampled on my heart constantly over the past few months, and worse still, i let you! No, I don't want to hear ANYTHING you have to say," John Paul stood up and was about to walk away when craig stopped him. He couldn't leave things like this, he just couldn't.
"Please! Listen to what i have to say!" craig said, a note of desperation in his vioce.
John Paul stared at him. Dispite himself, he was curious to hear what Craig had to say.
"You have 5 minuts alright? And then I'm out of here."
Craig breathed a sigh of relief.
"Where will we go for this little chat?"
Craig pointed to the Dog, which was closed. Darren had found a dead rat in the male toilets and so had closed the pub after someone had jokily told him that rats liked the taste of humans after they'd had a pint. It's a pity that Darren didn't realise it was a joke and that the rat was in fact a rubber one. Honestly, if he had brains he'd be dangerous.
John Paul follwed Craig silently into the empty pub.

Part 2- "So come on then. Spill. What's the reason this time?" John Paul asked, noticing how sad and uncomfortable Craig looked. Well, tough, he thought I'm not going to make this easy for you.
"I..... You know, I remember the first time I realised I was in love with you. It was after you told me to get out of room and not come back. I felt like someone had punched me in the gut. I knew then that I'd made a mistake, leaving you. I thought that there was no hope for us until i told you I was in love with you."
craig found himself closing his eyes and remembering the night he'd told john Paul he loved him. That was the best night of his life. He sighed. Pretty soon he'd only have his memories left. He swallowed a lump that was rising in his throat. He had been sure that John Paul would understand, but he shouldn't have to understand, thought Craig. I put him through so much and he sill loved me. Craig shook his head. John Paul was looking at him, waiting for him to continue.
"My feelings for haven't changed, in fact they've gotten deeper as time has gone on. But I realised something. You shouldn't be with me. You should be with someone who can love you and show it every minute of every day. I can't do that. There's too much stuff going through my head at the moment. I'm not in a happy place, John Paul. And you're the one that's suffering and that's not fair on you."
"So you're dumping me because you think I'm too good for you or because you don't feel happy?" John Paul sounded as though he didn't believe what he was hearing.
"Both, I think," Craig started. "I can't be the person you need. I'm a mess.You were right when you called me a coward, I am. I didn't want to tell Sarah because i Felt like I wasn't ready. And I'm still not. I don't want to face up to what, who, I am. And I don't want to hurt you anymore while I'm trying to sort my head out. I'm really not in a happy place at the moment, Jonh Paul. I'm really not."
Jonh Paul looked at Craig worryingly. That's the second time he's said that in 5 minutes, thought John Paul. It's true that Craig had seemed down recently, but he thought that was because of everything that had happened lately- Sarah finding out, Everyone judging them but things had started to quieten down so he'd just assumed that Craig was dealing with everything. Clearly he wasn't. John Paul made a decision right then and there to support Craig and help him through this tough time. He was used to the name calling and the stares, but Craig wasn't. He also decided not to leave him.
"I've waited this long, Haven't I? I can't wait a little longer, and help you sort your head out. There's no rush for us to have a relationship. We've all the time we want to have one," John Paul told him gently, bringing his hand up to Craig's face, and he began to lightly trace the outline of Craig's Jaw. Craig tried to stay focused but found himself crying. He was so lucky to have John Paul, and he was only realising that now. He tried to tell John Paul this, but found that all he could do was cry as Jonh Paul kissed his tears away.

OK so here's the next part of the story. I found it hard to write this bit so i hope you all like it! Ps- Sorry if it's crap lol

Part 3- Craig woke up in John Paul's arms. He snuggled into him. Here, in John Paul's arms, he felt safe, warm, loved. It was when he wasn't with John Paul that everything seemed wrong and horrible. He couldn't believe that John Paul was standing by him. Craig was happy with that but he knew that he had a lot of problems that he had to deal with. Part of him Didn't want to be.... god, he couldn't even think the word now, he thought. He didn't want to be different to everyone else. He wished that he wasn't so concerned with what people were thinking about him. He wished he could be more like John Paul, who took everything in his stride and was proud of who he was. But he wasn't. Sometimes it felt like the bottom was falling out of his world and that John Paul was the only stable thing in it. He would have to deal with these feelings soon. But not right now. An Image of Sarah flashed into his mind- of her crying and shouting at him. He tried to take his mind off her by thinking about the exam results which were due out today. He wondered what he got. Craig knew that if he got the results he needed, he wouldn't know what to do. He looked at John Paul, who was still in a deep sleep. He wouldn't be able to leave John Paul behind. He knew that now. Last night had thought him that. But then again, he didn't want to sacifice his dream either. He'd worked hard at school and wanted to go far. Trinity could help him do that. Now he didn't know what to do. He could always ask John Paul to move to Dublin with him, but what if John Paul didn't want to go? Craig couldn't think like that. It hurt too much. John Paul shifted and Craig decided it was time to wake him up.
"Hey JP," he said softly. "Time to get up."
John Paul opened his eyes and focused in Craig. It never failed to amaze Craig how deep those blue eyes could look into his, as if they were looking into his soul. Everytime he looked into those eyes he remembered how attrached he was to John Paul. It was a wonderful feeling.
"Hey, morning," John Paul replied, smling at him. "How about you make me some Brekkie?"
"No chance!You want something to eat, you'll have to get it yourself!" Craig laughed, his earlier mood now forgotten. He playfully punched John Paul's arm. John Paul lunged forward suddenly and grabbed Craig's arms and in one swift movement had over powered him.
"I bet you want to make me brekkie now , don't you?" John Paul smiled cheekily.
"No never! Get off me!" Craig stuggled but couldn't get free. John Paul let him loose and they spent a minute staring at each other. Craig's heart began to quicken. So did John Paul's. Then they both leaned forward and kissed passionatley and all thoughts of breakfast was soon forgotten.

Part4- Craig was sitting alone. His phone went off but he didn't answer it. He knew it would be John Paul, wondering where the hell he was. They had arranged to meet up in Il Gnosh but Craig wasn't going to turn up. He couldn't. He had a lot to think about and if he saw John Paul he'd just blame him for it all. They had gotten their results a few hours earlier and now everything was messed up. He looked around and saw Sarah watching him. Hannah came along and, throwing him a look of utter disgust, pulled her friend away.Craig stared after them for a moment and then turned his thoughts to the problem at hand. He didn't know what to do. Now the results had messed up his plans and he blamed John Paul. It's all his fault, he thought resentfully. But he knew that this wasn't true and after a moment a large tear escaped from his eyes and in a minute he was sobbing, his body racked with pain.
"Oh no," Craig groaned, "What am I going to do now?"

Bad Craig!!!! Needs to be sorted out...
Can he be slapped round the face and then frog-marched to Il Gnosh?

Thank you for all your comments! I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to reply but i was holiday and believe it or not, I didn't have acess to a computer for a week! But I'm back now and I have loads of new ideas for the story I just hope that some of them are good!! ps- abi, you can call me elly if you like I don't mind!!

Part 5- John Paul Checked his phone yet again but there was no messages from Craig. What was going on? John Paul thought that everything was, well, on the road to being ok so why was Craig ignoring his calls and texts? He stood up and left Il Gnosh. He was going to find him and make him explain why he stood him up. As John Paul left the resteraunt, he got the sneaking feeling that more would be said about their relationship rather than about being stood up.
Craig is still sitting in the same spot, with his head in his hands. He doesn't see John Paul approaching him and only looked up when he heard his name being called. He looked up, and seeing the look on John Paul's face, wanted to run away and hide, but instead he stayed and waitd for John Paul to reach him.
"What the hell is going on, Craig?" John Paul asked, looking both confused and upset. "I thought you were ok today but then we got our results and.." John Paul trailed off, realisation dawning on his face. How thoughtless of him. It must be something to do with seeing Sarah. John Paul sat down beside him and looked at him.
"Is this to with... Sarah? I was nervous about seeing her too, in fact, I was dreading it.." John Paul trailed off again when he noticed that he wasn't getting any response. "Craig? Seriously, you're beginning to worry me now," he told him.
Craig cleared his throat. "It's not to do with Sarah, although seeing her was... awful. No, look at this."
Craig handed JP the piece of paper in his hands. Jp took it wearily and read it. He was in silence for a moment, then he gasped.
"Oh, my God Craig, this is brilliant! I'm so proud of you! You got what you needed for Trinity! This is great... isn't it?" Jp finished uncertainly.
Craig jumped up and pushed JP away from him.
"You just don't get it do you" he snarled. "I can't go, not now!" Not without you, he wanted to shout. Instead, he said: "And it's all your fault!" Realising what he said, Craig ran off, leaving a stunned and hurt John Paul in his wake.
