Jess’ POV I was looking at Kris hoping he’d say something but he didn’t he just stood there. His expression was unreadable. I always thought I knew what Kris was thinking but obviously I was wrong. It felt like I was waiting ages for an answer but really it had only been a matter of seconds. I let go of Kris’ hands. “Kris?” Kris’ POV I don’t know what to say. I’m in shock. The girl of my dreams wants me as much as I want her and I can’t believe it. Is Gilly stood behind me? I wonder to myself. I see Jess looking at me for a reply, I thought it was obvious what I wanted but she didn’t seem to see that. I grabbed her in my arms and swung her round. We both had huge smiles on are faces and I just couldn’t contain myself any longer. I put her down and kissed her passionately. Please comment

Jess’ POV I can’t believe this is happening. This is the best I have felt in ages. Kris and I are finally together, we’ve admitted our feelings and there is nothing now to get in the way. On the way back to Hollyoaks we talk for ages and I catch up on everything that has been going on, even though I haven’t been gone long. As we go through the village I smile as I see Zoë in Il Gnosh with Darren. She might have lied in telling me she was going to meet me at the station and then sent Kris but I’m glad she did, it made me have to tell him the truth about how I’m feeling and for that I am grateful. But then I pass someone who I had forgotten all about. He’s seen me and he doesn’t look happy. I can’t believe I forgot to speak to Gilly although in my defence I’ve only just got back but I know I should have spoken to him and explained everything. I decide once I am back at Halls I will come to see Gilly and explain. But until then I am going to enjoy my time with Kris. Please comment
