“I’ll do it”, Holly said, “But on one condition”
“What?”, Lois asked, pleased that someone was willingly to sing
“That you do it with me”

Jess, and Ashton both burst out laughing, finding it hilarious that Lois, the one who had been bugging everyone to sing, was now the one being asked.

“Fine, fine, I’ll do it!”, Lois gave in, rolling her eyes to the ceiling, as the whole ‘family’ chorused loud shouts and whoops.

Lois looked at Jess and winked. Jess smiled back, with both Erin and Tia relaxing back on her knee. Jess looked over at Holly, and just as she stood up, Millie began to cry. Holly sighed and Jess could have sworn she saw tears beginning to emerge in Holly’s eyes.

“Aww, Millie! Just as your mummy was going to sing!”, Jess said, playing it cool, not wanting to upset or offend Holly. She turned to face Holly. “You want me to see to her?”

Holly, her eyes glistening with water, nodded, smiled and managed to wipe away the wipe away the tears before they began to fall down her cheeks. Holly picked Millie out of the cot, and hand her to Jess, who softly pushed Tia and Erin off her lap, so that they were now next to her instead of on her. Jess took hold of Millie, took hold of the bottle off of Holly, and began to feed Millie, whilst Holly calmed herself down and took up the position in front of the telly next to Lois, everyone watching eagerly, the only sound at the moment, was Millie sucking on her bottle, her little eyelashes flickering slightly as she drank.

“So what one d’you wana sing?”, Lois asked Holly, under midst all the talking on going on by the children, and Sam and Jess as well.

After a few mintues, and going through several discs, they finally chose a song.

“Chosen one!”, Holly announced happily
“One?? More like 2 dozen!”, Lois exclaimed, but was grinning all the same.

They pressed load, set up their profiles and got prepared to sing.

Just as they prepared to sing, the doorbell rang.

Jess sighed, and rolled her eyes.

“Typical!”, she said, but smiled all the same. “I’ll go”, she announced and stood up carefully, keeping Millie’s bottle in her mouth. Sam smiled at Jess as she stood up, and winked as she walked out the door. Jess smirked to herself as she answered the door, Millie happily still drinking from her bottle, dribbling slightly. Jess wiped Millie’s chin and answered the door.

“Kris”, Jess sighed, after opening the door and seeing Kris stood there

Kris didn’t appear phased by Jess’ negative reaction.

“Jess, you should have told me, I’d have brought you a present”
“What?”, Jess asked wearily
“Your baby”

Jess rolled her eyes.

“Kris, is there a point to this? Cos I really don’t have the time, as you can see I’ve got my hands full right now”
“Well you want me to hold her then?”, Kris asked

Jess shook her head

“Kris, I’m more than capable of looking after a baby, okay?”
“Sure you are”
“Then why make out that I can’t?”

Kris shrugged his shoulders

“Ugh!”, Jess exclaimed. “Why are you such hard work?!”
“Because I’m worth it”

Jess rolled her eyes, and Kris smirked, inviting himself into the house.

“Come in then”, Jess muttered to herself, whilst closing the door and followed Kris through into the lounge.

“Jess! Why didn’t you tell me you were having a party!”

Jess sat down angrily, causing the bottle to slip from Millie’s mouth. Millie whinged a little, until Jess readjusted the bottle.

“Because we’re not”, Jess muttered angrily under her breath. Only Sam appeared to have noticed and smiled at Jess, and watched as she smiled back.

“Uncle Kris!”, Erin shouted, and leapt up off the, disturbing Millie on her way. Kris hoisted her up so that her head touched the ceiling. Erin squealed with delight and moaned when Kris put her back down.

Everyone watched as Kris took a seat on the chair and Erin placed herself on top of him, squishing him as she got comfy. Jess sighed, realising that she wasn’t going to be able to get rid of Kris for at least an hour now.

Jess you dont want to get rid of Kris silly. You want him to stay forever and ever because you will both live happily ever after together

Jess looked down at Millie, who was now wide awake, and gurgling happily in Jess’ arms. She handed the bottle to Sam, who was now directly next to Jess, because all the other kids, minus Harry had re-seated themselves on the floor. Harry’s mobile rang, and he answered it in a deeper voice than his natural one. He practically ran out the room, and Jess heard his feet clomp up the stairs.

“Oooooh!”, Kris shouted with a wink making all the kids giggle hysterically, “Somebody’s getting lucky!”

Jess rolled her eyes. “And somebody’s not”, she muttered under her breath. Sam once again heard, smiled at Jess, but quickly altered his face back to passive before Kris cottoned on.

“So when’s the singing going to start?”, Kris asked.

“Right about . . . Now!”, Lois replied as her and Holly burst into song.

Holly was rather good, and Millie clapped her little hands together, though not entirely in time with the music. Losi on the other hand, had everyone in stitches particularly Sam and Ashton. Even Jess and Kris managed to look each other in the eyes and smiled at each other.

Ok thats the first step the next step would be leaning closer and yes you have guessed it they kiss. Im sure they would both like that very much Jade
