Kris awoke to find a koala stuck in his face. He lifted it up and through it across the room, as it hit the wall and then fell on the floor. Well not really on the floor, on a pile of washing. I really need to tidy up in here He thought. I really cant be bothered though, i think i might just ask Jess if she will, now she cant go shopping i bet she cant wait to do something! He stood up and reached out for his black dressing gown and walked into the kitchen.
Jess woke up in her bed hearing a bang coming from Kris' bedroom. She opened her eyes to see the daylight blasting through the windows What is Kris up to now ?? What a view to see in the morning, Sunshine blazing in, never normally see that everyday. You do when youre on holiday though, which i wont be going on for a while, thanks to daddy! I gues its not his fault though. She thought. She stood up, put on her fluffy slippers and placed on her dressing gown.

The both opened their bedrooms doors at the same time and both walked out towards the kitchen. Kris was walking slowly and Jess was quick so they bumped into each other literally. They were both still half-asleep so had no idea that either of them were there. Kris turned around in a startle.
Kris : Watch where youre going cow! Jess : Youre the one walking so slow! Kris : What do you expect, i only woke up 10minutes ago. Jess : I know, everyone knows, im surprised the whole village didnt hear you banging around in there Kris : What? Oh right, yeah Kris two was in my face, so i threw him across the room Jess : Aahh that makes sense
Jess reached into the cupboard and pulled out a bar of cheap cereal covered in cheap milk chocolate.
Kris : What are you eating? Jess : Dunno, something Zac showed me. Kris : Wheres your normal healthy food? Jess : I dont have the money, anyway this is healthy it has cereal in it. Kris : Yeah, cheap cereal and cheap chocolate, probably about 25g of fat in it Jess : What!
Jess spat out the insides of her mouth and threw the bar into the bin. And then downing a glass full of tap water.
Kris : Jess i was only joking Jess : What! Kris : I was only joking, theres still probably about 10g in it though Jess : Oh, ive been eating loads of them! Kris : Yeah i know! i can see that Jess : What? Kris : Nothing Jess : Oh get lost you tranny.
Jess turned around and walked straight into her room. She lay on her bed and looked out of the window. Kris stood in the kitchen laughing to himself when Jess let out a hysterical scream. He slammed down the glass of water and ran straight into Jess room. He saw Jess laying on the floor, huddled up into a ball scrunching her eyes up. Her breathing was racing. Kris knelt down to her level and took hold of her hand. By this point Zoe, Zac and Will were standing in the doorway.
As Kris took hold of Jess' hand, he could feel she was shaking. Her pulse was racing and her breathing was heavy. She had not yet opened her eyes and her body was all tensed up. Kris rubbed her back and tried to get her to loosen up. Zoe knelt down and took hold of her other hand, trying to calm her down. Zak and Will stood in horror, wondering what had just happened.
Zoe : Jess? Jess, whats wrong? Kris : Jess, you're really scaring us Zoe : Jess, what is it? Kris : Look, calm down, its fine, we are here, all of us. Zoe : Come on, Its okayy.
They both felt Jess' body loosen up, but she still darent open her eyes. Zoe started to look worried and nervous, while Kris was in dead horror of what had happened. Kris felt Jess pulse slow down and her breathing started to calm.
Kris : Come on, come with me and Zoe into the living room. Zoe : Its going to be okay Jess
They stood Jess up and guided her into the living area, she still did not open her eyes and gripped onto Zoe and Kris' hand. They placed her onto the sofa and Zoe and Kris sat down next to her. Zak and Will sat on the coffee table looking over to see Jess still scrunching her face up.
Zoe : Jess..Look your really scaring us. Are you going to open your eyes? Kris : We want to know what happened, we are here, nothing is going to happen to you while we are here.
Jess breifly opened her eyes. She saw Zak and Will looking over at her staring. She turned her head to see Kris with a nervous look on his face and Zoe with a tear falling from her eye. She gripped hold of their hands still, she looked around her. Kris was right, she was safe here.
Zak : Are you okay Jess? Kris : Do you want to tell us what happened?
Jess shook her head, she didnt want to tell anyone what happened. She was still trying to get the image out of her head, she didnt want to remember what she had just seen. The image she was most frightened of seeing in her whole entire life.
Kris : Thats okay, maybe another time, we just want to make sure your okay Zoe : Jess, are you sure your okay
Jess nodded her head. Will rushed over to the sink and filled up a glass of water and brought it back to Jess. Jess looked up and let go of Zoes hand to grab the water. She took breif sips and placed the glass onto the table...
They all sat there in silence for ages. To Jess it seemed like hours, but it was only a matter of minutes. Jess was the first person to make the first move. She tried to stand up and walk over to the kitchen, but walking past the corridor to view her bedroom frightened her and she ended up falling onto the floor again. Kris ran over and helped her up again. She told them she was fine and just a bit starteld.
Jess : Im fine, just.. Kris : Look, do you want to go for a walk, a bit of fresh air might do you some good? Jess : Erm..Yes please Kris : Ill be back soon Zoe. Let me just get some fresh air with Jess Zoe : Okay
Jess and Kris were still in their dressing gowns so Kris put Jess long coat around her to make it look like she was wearing a dress and Kris just took off his dressing gown. It wasnt like he slept in pjamas, he slept in his normal clothes. They opened the front door and walked down outisde to the village. Jess had linked hold on Kris arm, she knew when she was with him, there was nothing to be afraid of. Kris held hold off Jess, whatever frightened her, frightened her bad and he was determined to find out what it was
