it was a rainy day as usual in Edinburgh, the streets were still mobbed though.... Kris looked around at the bustling streets, he was standing in the park across from princes street ... at the top of a hill was the castle, Kris sighed he new if he took the long way round it wouldn't make it in time so he grabbed his back and started walking up a steep and thin muddy path which was obviously made by lazy tourists.... after falling a few times he made it to a small gravel path which led to a gate in front of the castle .... the place was packed... some special event... Kris didn't care he was looking for just one person.....


try get more done today.... hopefully

through the crowd he could see a women standing, looking about, she looked a little frightened... kris thought for a while then took another glance, it was jess and why did she look so frightened?

Kris: jess!

Jess turned around quickly in his direction

jess: hi kris
kris: god don't sound to happy to see me
jess: i am ... it's just ...
kris: just what? You seem scared
jess: i didn't think you would come, i thought elliot would be here for a shouting match
kris: of course i would come, wouldn't miss it for the world, elliot realised along time ago you never loved him
jess: really?
Kris: ye, he seems ok with it too

jess hugged kris for which seemed like forever... after some time they pulled apart

kris: how about some lunch?

Jess nodded

kris got interrupted at the waiter placed down there award winning fish and chips...

kris: where do you see us in 10 years time?
Jess: i don't no... what about you?

Kris was going red... he looked embarrassed at what he was about to say

kris: married? Possibly kids?

Kris got even more embarrassed

jess: wow! I never new you were like that Kris fisher
kris: I'm not usually, but with you it's ... just... different
jess: how?
Kris: what is this 20 questions... because i love you,I've never truly loved someone until i met you

jess had the biggest smile on her face.. she lean't in a gave him a kiss

jess: and i love you Kris fisher

kris and jess have just finished eating and are walking through princes gardens..

kris: so where are you staying
jess: about 2 hours from here
kris: what? Then why meet me here
jess: just in case things didn't work out, or elliot was here
kris: what you like? So when we heading back?
Jess: pretty much now, just have to wait for the bus... the station is just along this road

kris and jess sat waiting in the bus station which had a similar feel to a plane departure lounge... the bus finally arrived and they got on board...

kris: so whats this place like?
Jess: beautiful, it's at the coast... the beach is great and the little town is cute, lots of small shops
kris: sounds good
jess: i think i might have a sleep
kris: ye same

jess lay her head on his shoulder, he kissed her forehead... jess fell asleep first but it wasn't long till kris did too....

they finally arrived in Carnoustie ( somewhere i love) , it was quiet, it was 4'o clock a most kids were still at school...

kris: so jess where are we staying
jess: it's not far from here..

they walked past railings which inside where happy children playing with skipping ropes and balls..

kris: this reminds me of my old school
jess: same, it's just down here and under this small train bridge
kris: ok

they arrived at this fairly big hotel with a gold course and a spa... they were welcomed then shown to there room

kris: oh ice maiden you splashed out
jess: shut up tranny
kris: fancy a swim?
Jess: why not?

They got ready and went for a swim ....

kris was sitting on one of the sun chairs looking out over the golf course

kris: lucky we wearing something while swimming, people could see in
jess: ye but no one will be bothered, to busy playing golf

jess laughed

kris jumped in the swimming pool soaking jess

jess: your going to get it

she jumped in and dunked his head under the water... they continued to play about in the water then decided to go in the jacuzzi

kris: it's nice here
jess: ye it's so peaceful
kris: do you want to go for a walk along the beach later
jess : sure

she kissed him then grabbed her stuff and left to get ready for later that evening...
