New fic everybody.

"My name is Jessica Harris, I am 18 years old and come here to have fun more than anything." I introduced myself to the rest of the group.

I was with a pretty random group of people. One guy who was wearing a liverpool football top, a pretty blonde headed girl who looked a little tom boyish and the worst... a cross dresser. He looked arrogent and I just knew from the moment I saw him he was going to drive me nuts. But there was something about him, something that made me slightly attracted to him although I tried to force myself to think...No Jessica you can do better. Because that's what daddy's always told me... never settle for second best. That's how you get far in life. It was his turn next.

"My name is Kris Fisher, I'm 18 years old and I've come to Hollyoaks college to get away from posh snobs but I guess that's not going to happen." He said looking at me.

Well that was a little harsh, we were in this new environment and already he was having a go at me... I didn't say anything though. Just stayed quiet. The blonde headed girl was up next.

"Hi, I am Zoe..er I am also 18 and I like beer." She laughed along with the rest of us.

Kris was staring at me... his eyes were lovely but scary. The guy in the shirt got up.

"I'm the last of us, my names Zak...er I'm 18 too and I just like to have a laugh. Oh and I support liverpool." Zak said smiling.
"No way... never would have quessed that one." Kris said sarcastically.
"Hey... stop with the nasty comments." I said to him.
"I'm not nasty... I'm sarcastic and I tell the truth princess, you need to open your eyes and see that theres more to life than daddy's credit card." He said smiling cheekily.
"Spin the bottle?" Zoe asked as she held up a bottle of wine.

Ofcorse we drunk the wine before using the bottle... all of us were merry. I still was feeling hatred towards Kris. He was just so agrivating.. he was just picking on me.

"Jess! It landed on you!" Zoe yelled.
"Gosh... er dare.!" I said, call me crazy.
"Kiss Kris." Zoe said bluntly, I had discussed my hatred for him with her but she seemed to think it was lust...as if.
"No way!" I screamed looking scared.
"Oh for gods sake... little miss perfect can't step out of the lime light for a nano second." He laughed.
"I can so.." I snapped.
"Then do it." Zoe said egging me on.

I moved forward and looked at Kris. Something about him was enchanting.. and he knew I felt that way. That's why he was acting so cool and knowledgable. I edged even closer to him, dreading this... he made my skin crawl.. but in a way that I liked. It was the hardest thing to explain.

"Are you really going to do this?" Kris asked.
"A dare's A dare." I said angrily.
"You've proved you'd do it Jess. You don't actually have to." Kris said.
"Someone scared?" I asked.
"No someone is not scared!" Kris said as he grabbed my face pretty forcefully and kissed me on the lips.

We broke apart. I could feel myself smiling, I quickly wipped from my face. I tried to tell my self I didn't enjoy it... but I did.. I really really did.

Kris's Pov...

I have never met someone more Enfuriating and spoilt than Jessica Harris. Everything with her is like 'that's not good enough'. It just anoys me when she can't be happy with what she's got. I have to admit as much as I want to egnore her and wish she wasn't around, I want to just grab her and kiss her. I feel a chemistry and I'm sure she does to. Pretty posh girls like her always want weird, loud guys such as myself.

"Kris... have you seen my credit cards?" Jess asked as she rushed into my room in a stress.
"Yeh there in my bin." I said calmly.
"Your bin!" She screamed,"Why the hell are they there?"
"Because I cut them up. You need to realise that the world doesn't revolve around money." I said still calm.
"Oh my god. Kris you idiot!! I need something to live off!" She moaned.
"Get a job!" I snapped.
"No!! Ergggg I hate you!" She screamed.
"I'm not so fond of you either!" I said.
"Oh please grow up!" She snapped.
"You! That's exacly what you need to do. And I'll help you.. but only if you want it." I said to her.
"I don't need to grow up... I am already mature." She said.
"Hahaha... but Jess the thing is would you really milk a cow for money? Or bake? Or pull pints all day?" I asked.
"No.." She said, stupid airhead.
"My point exactly." I said as I continued to write down my thoughts in my diary.

Anger had over come me... I descirbed her as 'stupid','selfish','spoilt' and 'completly anoying'.

"Ok... you can make me a Hollyoaks working girl." She said as she looked at the remains of her credit cards.
"Are you sure?" I asked as I scribbled out the words I wrote.
"Yes!" She said as she jumped on my bed and hugged me.

Yeh... I was right. She wanted me... I was so happy within myself now, I knew I had her right where I wanted and the games I was going to play...oh it's gonna get good and just in time Hollyoaks was the most boring place in the world... or so it seemed.

Jess's Pov...

After my morning lecture Kris dragged me with him to his shift at the dog. The place was packed with old men wanting there beers, most of them were watching the football.

"Frankie were down on staff and look how busy it is today could Jess step in?" Kris asked.
"Do you have any experience with pulling pints love?" She asked me.
"No." I answered truthfully but then got a horrible look from Kris.
"Then sorry No." She said before turning away.
"Please Frankie. I am trying to teach her that life doesn't exsist around her daddy's money and that she needs to work like the rest of us!" He pleaded.
"Oh alright." Frankie said smiling at me.

So that was it, I spend 5 hours of my day learning how to pull pints. I thought I was pretty good but Kris then told me I was an amature. He was my worst critic!

"Lets get home. I'm shattered." I moaned.
"Try doing this every day Jessica.!" Kris snapped.
"Sorry, Im just not made for this.. I even broke a nail." I said looking at my un-even nails.
"Oh god...how will you ever go on?" Kris mocked me.
"I don't know...I really don't." I said in all seriousness.
"Tomorrow...be ready for 8." Kris said as we entered the flat.
"What? It's the easter holidays tomorrow. I'm going skiing like I do every year." I said proudly.
"With what money?" Kris laughed.
"Er.. Daddy's." I said shyly.
"Well call Daddy and tell him you've got a full two weeks of work to do. Oh and pack a bag with clothes and stuff but nothing fancy that you don't want ruined." Kris said.
"Where are we going?" I asked as Kris walked past me and into his room,"Kris!"

I was left wandering what was going on and where I was going. I just knew I was going to be with Kris constantly for a week or two and it was going to drive me insane. I drifted of to sleep knowing it was the last night of peace I was going to get.

Kris's Pov...back to camp.

I woke up in the morning and dressed down... a little eye liner and mascara and tracksuit bottems with a tightish top. Jess would be dressed extreemly over the top for where we were off too but ofcorse she didn't know. I walked out with my suitcase... my clothes for home and my clothes for camp.
My parents didn't know I dressed in womans clothes and wore make up. They would probably dissown me. But we were going to my old camp for the first week and they knew I was like that so I still had a week to be myself.

"Gosh your late.. I got up on time why can't you?!" Jess nagged.
"Sorry... right lets go or were gonna miss the ferry." I said as I opened the door and pulled my suitcase out the door.
"Can you tell me where we are going?" She asked.
"To Irland, to work at a childrens camp," I said.

She didn't say anything, she just followed me as we walked to the ferry, I think she was thinking. Then the questions started being fired out when the ferry started going..'what are we doing?';'How old are the children?';'What will we have to do?'. Oh I was getting sick of her already.

"Jess just shut up!" I snapped.
"Ok sorry!" She laughed.

We sat in our seats on the deck, she was scribbling down words in a book. I tried to see what she was writing but she was keeping it from me.

"What are you doing?" I asked her.
"Writing.." She said looking up at me.
"Writing what?" I asked.
"A song.." She replied, she quickly wrote something down.
"A song why? I didn't know you were musical." I laughed, Jess a singer...as if.
"Well I am, I play the piano and I sing too." She said smiling at me.
"Sing for me.. sing one of your songs." I said to her.
"No!! I'm not very good and neithers my material... and you would just slag me off." She said very diffencive.
"Yeh your right." I laughed.
"Hey!!" She said hitting me playfully.
"You know something Harris? If we make it through these 2 weeks together we can probably make it through anything." I said to her.
"Yeh but it's gonna be hard... two weeks of you!" She laughed.
"Two weeks of you!" I said.

We got off the ferry and made our way to camp... tired and grumpy. I could tell Jess wasn't up for this. But she was going to work for her money and I used to love this camp... she would enjoy herself... if it was the last thing I did I would make her.

I love this Holly!!
I can't imagine Jess or Kris with a load of little kids but I'm sure it will be funny to read.
And I'm glad Kris is actually trying with her too.

Jess's Pov...

We had been at camp for only 2 days and Kris was already doing my head in. Luckily we didn't have to spend all day together. I was in charge of the morning and afternoon music lessons and he was in charge of watersports. We had to share a cabin though... he kept me up all night with his anoying habits. He needed the toilet every 30 minuites last night. I was very unhappy.

"Do-re-mei-fa-so-la-tei-do." I sung to the children.
"Do-re-mei-fa-so-la-tei-do," They sung back.
"Lets hear you Cassandra, can you sing something for us.?" I asked her.
"I'm scared." She answered, she was only 8 but she had an amazing voice.
"Don't be. If you sing a song then I'll sing one which I wrote." I said to her.

She sung beautifully and the rest of the class were slient. She was enchanting when she sung. She finnished and the class clapped loudly.

"It's your turn now Jessica." Cassandra said smiling at me with her perfect smile.
"Ok... I'll sing something I wrote yesterday." I said to them.
"Yey!" The chuldren shouted.

I began to play the piano... I got the tune to the song and began to sing.

The class clapped. I didn't finnish the song mainly because I didn't think it was that good. I saw Kris standing at the window and I blushed slightly. The song wasn't about him but it had eliments which I felt about him.

"That's the end of class. Well done everyone! Practice your solo parts for the end of camp performance for tomorrow please." I said as I got up and ushered them out.
"Jess your voice is amazing.."Kris said.
"Thanks.. But it's not that good." I laughed.
"Oh no it is. And that song was pretty good to." He said smiling at me cheekily.
"I'd hope you liked it." I laughed.
"Lets get something to eat. I'm starving." He laughed.
"I didn't know you could give compliments!" I giggled.
