Jess's Pov...

We had been back at college for a couple of months, it was valintines day. I was excited to spend my first valintines day with my boyfriend, even though he was the most anoying man in the world. We constantly fought, much to Zoe,Zak and Wills amusement. Kris had told me that we weren't going to go out just the two of us but go to a party at the loft.... which was basically for loosers without girlfriends or boyfriends but everyone was going so I agreed to.
It was a angels and devils theme, I have no idea why but I figured most girls would go as angles, so I dressed as a devil. I wore high heeled black boots, a really really short red skirt and a boobtube tipe red top. I realised I looked a bit on the slutty side but hey, it was a fancy dress party. Zoe was dressed as an angle, all in white that sort of things. And Kris was just in all black as per usuall.

"You look...wow." Kris said hugging me.
"Only wow? I was going for speachless." I laughed before kissing his cheek.

Zak was fully body painted in red, I guess he was going for a devil look and Will had gone dressed in... I don't really know what he was wearing, he was just odd.
When we arrived at the loft everything was decorated in pink and black and red, with little love hearts around the place. There were alot of people here, more than I thought would be anyway. Zoe and I spent the night dancing away and getting more and more drunk throughout the night. I hardly saw Kris, he seemed to be spending alot of time with this girl her name was Hannah, she was really thin and looked a bit ill to tell you the truth. They wern't were they were the next time I checked so I decided to ask Will who had been sitting with them eyeing up Zoe all night.

"Where did Kris go?" I asked him.
"I dunno, somewhere with that Hannah girl. She is hot." Will said trying to make me anoyed, obviously.
"Your not funny Will.Did he say where he was going?" I asked him.
"Just back to the flat I think." He said.
"With her?!?" I asked angrily.
"I guess so.." Will said.

I stormed out the loft and made my way down the stairs as quickly as possible without falling. I heard a girl scream loudly. I quickly ran round the corner to see what was going on.

"Jess!" Hannah said running towards me.
"What? What is it?" I asked holding her arm, she was sweating at looking tired.
"These men they tried to take me, put me in the back of their van but Kris got me away from them but they've beaten him up." She cryed.
"Where is he?" I asked.

She moved out of the way and I saw Kris lying in the ally way looking battered and beaten. I ran over to him and turned him onto his front. He was still awake, slightly out of it but awake.

"Kris, speek to me?" I said as I lifted his head onto my knee.
"Jess?" He asked looking very disorintated.
"Yeh it's me. Your going to be alright. Lets just get you home alright." I said to him.
"Yeh, home." He mumbled.
"Hannah, I know your upset but you must go back into the loft and get Zoe,Zak and Will." I said to her.
"Ok ok.." She said before running off.

Kris had drifted off into a sleep, he had a pretty brused face and a bleeding nose. His right eye was pretty swolen and he just looked a generall mess. I stroked his gelled hair and kissed the top of his head before Zoe,Zak and Will arrived.
Zak and Will carried him back to the flat and Zoe and I made sure Hannah got home safley, even though I don't know why we did because if it wasn't for her none of this would happen. Oh well... the main thing was that Kris was alright. Valintines day was rubbish, hopefully next year with Kris will be better. When Zoe and I got home we checked on Kris who was sleeping, and then wen't to our own rooms. I looked at the little blue package on my bed that was ment for Kris, I thought I'd give it to him in the morning, when he was feeling up to it.

Jess's Pov..

I woke up quite late, I hadn't managed to sleep well last night. I was worried about Kris and what he had been through the nightbefore. I slipped on some tracksuit bottems and a baggy top and went to see if Kris was ok. He wasn't in his room, his bed was unmade however which did show he had been here last night, slept in it. I wasn't too worried, he was a big boy and could take care of himself.

"Hey, seen Kris this morning?" I asked Zoe who was sitting having breakfast with Will.
"Yeh, he popped out pretty early to go see Hannah, to see if she was alright." Zoe said.
"Oh.." I answered feeling a little bit anoyed that he hadn't spoken to me first after all I did save him, all Hannah did was cry.

I sat down and ate a little bit of toast, I wasn't very hungry. I stared at the plate I was eating out of, sort of in a bit of a daze. I wasn't alright, I was feeling hurt myself. Not physically obviously, but inside it hurt big time.

"Jess are you alright?" Zoe asked snapping me out of my daze.
"Yeh, yeh.." I said smiling at her.

Kris walked through the door and smiled, he looked as happy as ever. He had the bruses and marks on his face but his expression didn't show anything of saddeness.

"Kris can we talk?" I asked him.
"Sure princess," He said smiling at me.
"Alone.." I said to him, he hadn't quite catched on.
"Oh right.. a little bit of catching up to do as we missed out last night eh?" He said to me.
"No, just a talk." I said before walking into my room and hoping for him to follow, he did.

He looked at me, his face was still brused and his eye was swollen but that hadn't stopped him from applying eyeliner of mascara to it.

"So what do you want to talk about?" He asked.
"Do you not have anything to say to me?" I asked getting angry.
"Er... I love you?" He said, even doubting himself.
"No.." I said bluntly.
"I'm sorry, oh wait im not, I've done nothing wrong. Sorry Jess, your just gonna have to tell me." He laughed.
"Thankyou! You should be saying thankyou, as well as sorry to be honest." I snapped.
"And why would I apologise?" He asked.
"Because.. you spent our whole first valintines night with Hannah and didn't even give me a second glance." I said angrily.
"Well Jess, you were dancing with Zoe all night, with every other guy's eyes on you. So why did you need my attention aswell." Kris said.
"Because your my boyfriend, I couldn't give a damn if every other guy in there was eyeing my up. The only guy I want to look at me like that is you." I said to him.
"Jess, I can't apologise... you know me, I can't admitt I'm wrong."Kris said.
"Please Kris, It's important to me.." I said to him.
"Jessica, you ask too much of me." He said almost stressed.
"I ask for a thankyou and an apologie and you can't even give me that. What can you give me? Love? No, because you would rather be with someone who looks like she has an eating disorder over me." I yelled.
"Yeh because everyone else was looking at you." He snapped.
"Oh god, it's back here now is it? I have explained Kris.." I said.
"Not well enough." He said stubornly.
"You know what? Happy Valintines day." I yelled chucking my present for him at him.
"Jess..." He said trying to reason with me.
"Just leave, please." I said almost feeling tears run to my eyes.
