Hey, i thought I'd write a fic about JP & Kieron because everybody loves those guys, right?Anyways, please tell me what you think!

Waiting For Him

As Kieron awoke from the best sleep he'd had in years, he became aware of a heavy, comforting weight on his chest. He opened his eyes and smiled as he saw John Paul, fast asleep with his head resting on Kieron's chest. He carefully leaned forward, so as not to wake him, and kissed him gently on the forehead. John Paul smiled in his sleep and Kieron felt a rush of love for him, as he stared thoughtfully at the ceiling. Kieron had always known his place in the world- he was there soley to serve God...but now he wasn't so sure. Kieron's life and everything he believed in-or what he thought he believed in- had been thrown into a beautiful kind of dissaray..and it had all been because of John Paul.. Nothing seemed to matter but him anymore. And as Kieron gazed at his sleeping lover, he realized that his whole life had been spent waiting for him....

Hey guys, sorry for the slight delay (bloody revison classes!)

Waiting for him

When Kieron opened his eyes again later that morning, he was greeted by the beautiful site of John Paul beaming down at him.
"Hello sunshine!"Kieron laughed, sitting up to kiss John Paul."What are you so happy about?"
John Paul shrugged. "Just happy that you're here!"
Kieron slid an arm around hisw aist and pulled him into him. "I'm glad I'm here too." He whispered into John Paul's ear.
John Paul glanced at the clock on the bedside table and groaned frustratedly. "I said I'd meet Kris in the Dog like an hour ago." He clambered out of bed and began to pull on his clothes.
Kieron pulled a face. "Well, it;s nice to that you're prioritising..."
John Paul turned to face him and laughed. "Kieron don't pout! You know what Kris is like- he expects you to be at his beck and call twentfour/seven!"
"Yeah, well maybe that's because you always come running." He sighed."Fine,go. I'll just hang around here all day like somne 50's housewife, waiting for you to return.' John Paul turned and kissed Kieron softly."I'll see you later"He whispered.
"Yeah..." Kieron muttered, still slightly huffy.
John Paul paused on his way to the door, and turned to look at Kieron."Love you." He whispered.
Kieron grinned as John Paul left the room. It had been weeks since John Paul had first told him that he loved him, and yet he still felt like his heart was going to burst everytime he heard it.

(Sorry it's taking so long to get started-I'm trying to set the scene. The next update will be where things start to kick off!)

Waiting For Him

John Paul entered The Dog and looked at the bar for Kris- he was nowhere to be found.
"Oh well HERE he is!" Came a slurred voice from the corner."You were supposed to be here an HOUR ago!" John Paul followed the voice, and sure enough, there was Kris, sitting at a table with a pile of empty wine and pint glasses in front of him.
"Kris, why aren't you behind the bar?I thought it was your shift?" John Paul sat himself down next to Kris.
"I got sacked, didn't I?" Kris splayed his hand out on the table, showing John Paul his grazed and bloody knuckles."Some blokes from the building site came in and were getting mouthy, so i took a swing at them. Apparently 'that's not how we behave in the workplace', so I got sacked. And now I'm sat here drinking myself into an early grave."
John Paul rolled his eyes."For God's sake Kris..."
"Oh and you're Mr Perfect, arn't you John Paul? Never put a foot wrong. I've been the one keeping your dirty little secret for all these months remember?!"
"Kris, keep your voice down!"John Paul hissed. Kris drank a mouthful of his pint. "You know what John Paul? No, I'm not gonna keep my voice down!" He voice grew gradually louder and louder, until he had caught the attention of the entire pub.
"Kris..."John Paul pleaded.
Kris glanced at all the expecting faces, staring at himself and John Paul. He turned to JP, with a type of defiance John Paul had never seen before. He kept facing to John Paul, but made it obvious he was speaking to the entire pub. "IF YOU'RE HAVING IT OFF WITH THE GOOD FATHER, I THINK EVERYONE ELSE HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW, DON'T YOU?!"

I know, I hated having to make Kris into a mean drunk(cuz I totally lurv Kris!), but I needed him to drive the plot, otherwise the story would kinda fall flat on it's face there will be more soon (hopefully with a nicer Kris!) x

Waiting For Him

John Paul felt as though the bottom of his stomach had dropped out, as all colour drained from his face.A deathly silence fell over the Dog,punctuated only by the sound of Mercedes dropping a glass through shock.
"John Paul?Is this true?" She asked.
Kris drained his last wine glass and looked at Mercedes. "Yep. It's been going on months, hasn't it John Paul?"
"Shut the hell up Kris" Mercedes spat, before turning back to her brother."John Paul?"
John Paul looked from his sister to the rest of the pub. All those faces were staring at him in shock, beginning to whisper amongst themselves. He had no idea what to say for the best. The damage had been done, and there was nothing he could say to redeem himself.
"John Paul!" Mercedes shouted, taking a step towrds her brother. He couldn't take it. He leapt up out of his chair and ran form the pub, ignoring Mercedes' shouts. He ran as fast as he could, but eventually had to stop in an alleyway to catch his breath.
He leant against the wall and rubbed his eyes with the heels of his hands as he tried to think straight. Everyone in the pub knew, which meant that it was only a matter of time before the whole village knew.And his mum- oh God what would she say? John Paul knew he should probably go to Kieron's flat and tell him what had happened, he would know what to do- but John Paul couldn't bring himself to do it. It was far too late for damage limitation, and Kieron would probably fly off the handle and blame John Paul anyway. So he ran off in the opposite direction to Kieron's flat. He knew he would have to face him at some point, but right now he carried on running, despite the fact he had no idea where he was going- he just knew he never wanted to stop.
