this is a one off fic between john paul and kieron please tell me wat you think??
John Paul was sitting in the Dog waiting for Zak. He saw Kieron walk in. He hadn’t spoken to him in a few weeks since Kieron had dumped him.
Kieron saw John Paul too, their eyes met across the room and their eyes locked together. But the moment was rudely interrupted by Kris, he asked John Paul. “Are you waiting for Zak?”
“Yeah! But he’s late!”
“He can’t make it he says sorry but he doesn’t feel well,” Kris said apologetically.
“Oh, ok I’m gonna go home now then!” John Paul said before grabbing his jacket from the chair beside him and standing up.
He was walking towards the door that Kieron had been standing in front off earlier. He walked out the door, he crashed into someone both of them were sent hurtling towards the ground.
“Sorry!” John Paul said pulling himself up, once he was up he saw the face of the person he had walked into. It was Kieron.
“It’s fine John Paul!” Kieron said smiling sadly.
John Pau put his hand out to help him up, Kieron gladly excepted the hand. John Paul pulled him up onto his feet.
“Thanks!” Kieron said not moving his eyes from the ground.
“It’s ok! So how are you then?” John Paul asked trying to change the subject.
“Oh you know, same old really!” Kieron laughed.
“Ok, I’m fine I guess!”
“Why only guess?” Kieron asked worried.
“Because Kieron I miss you! I can’t
stop thinking about us, I love you so much!
More than I have loved anyone in my whole life, please Kieron can you give us another try?”
“John Paul...”
“Come on Kieron please I really love you!” John Paul interrupted.
“Kieron I’ve never been so sure ever before!” John Paul said pleadingly.
“John Paul I’m sorry but no!”
“Why?”
“Because I just can’t do it!” Kieron said with a sad face. John Paul had the same expression on his face.” John Paul you told your sister about us!”
“I know and I’m sorry,” John Paul said sadly.
“I can’t forgive you John Paul,” Kieron
said flatly, he then walked away back into the pub.
John Paul walked around to the side of the pub, leaned against the wall and slid down it sobbing into his hands.
Mercedes came out of the pub to clear the tables, she heard sniffing and sobbing noises coming from round the side. Mercedes walked around and saw her brother sitting.
“John Paul what’s happened” she asked.
“It’s...... It’s Kieron..... he won’t take me back” John Paul said between sobs.
“That’s it!” Mercedes said before standing up and walking away.
John Paul dried his tears and went home. Meanwhile Mercedes was walking through the village, she saw Kieron coming out of Drive N Buy. She marched over to him.
Kieron saw her coming. “Hello Mercedes!” he said happily.
Mercedes didn’t reply she just kept marching on. When she was just in front of Kieron she brought back her fist and smacked Kieron right in the eye. Kieron fell to the ground, Mercedes just turned around and made her way back to the pub.
Kieron stood up off the ground and held his eye. He started to walk in the opposite direction from Mercedes.
John Paul was sitting in the living room reading one of his mum’s magazines. There was a knock at the door.
“Who is it?” John Paul shouted.
“It’s me!”
John Paul recognised the voice instantly. He got up off the couch and sped for the door.
“Hi!”
“Hey John Paul, can I come in?”
“Of course!” John Paul said stepping aside.
Kieron stepped through the door.
John Paul saw his eye instantly. “What happened?” he asked worriedly.
“It was nothing,” Kieron said bluntly.
“Kieron who did this to you? Please tell me?” John Paul asked desperately
“Ok but promise you won’t go mad.”
“I promise!” John Paul said.
“Ok, it was... Mercedes!”
“What! Mercedes did this to you? I’m so sorry!” John Paul said shocked.
“Why are you sorry? You didn’t make your sister hurt me, did you?”
“No, of course not! Kieron, I love you too much to do something like that to you!” John Paul said.
“Yeah you’re right.”
“I’m sorry Kieron for everything!” John Paul said staring at the floor.
“I forgive you John Paul, I can’t stand it when we fight!” Kieron said twiddling his thumbs.
“So do I Kieron, so do you think we could stop fighting now?”
“Yeah we can John Paul! I love you so much!” Kieron smiled.
“I love you too Kieron!” John Paul said, before wrapping his arms around Kieron’s waist and giving him a soft kiss on the lips. He pulled away but Kieron pulled him back and gave him a much more firm kiss.
John Paul had been in love before but never like this, he didn’t think he would be able to love anyone after Craig. But Kieron had been there for him when he needed someone and he was also the sweetest, fittest guy John Paul had ever known.
Kieron had been in love only once before many years ago. Now it was wrong for him to be who he was. But John Paul was more important to him than being a priest because he was in love with John Paul. John Paul had made him remember what love was. He was the sweetest fittest guy Kieron had ever known.
