A lot had happened in the last five months...

Jess and Kris moved into the Valentines old flat.
Zoe and Zak moved into the Barnes' old flat.
Zoe is 3 months pregnant.
Kris and Jess are engaged to be married.
Jess is now in labour...

Kris' POV

Kris: A... boy...

I stared at the Doctor holding the baby, it looked a bit creepy. But I got over it when I imagined it in makeup, it'll look as gorgeous as me.

Doctor: Lets get the other one out!

I looked at Jess, she looked at me, more shocked than me. After that, we both turned to the Doctor.

Kris: The other ?

Doctor: Yes, she's expecting twins.

Jess: (screams) YOUR MESSING!

Zoes POV

Zoe: Where's my toothbrush?

Zak: Dunno.

Zoe: You obviously do! All my stuff disappear then it turns up... by you.

Zak: Maybe their just attracted to me?

Zoe: Shut up, you idiot.

I walked back to the bathroom and Zak followed me through, he sat on the toilet as I put toothpaste on my toothbrush.

Zoe: I wonder how Jess is.

Zak: Hmm... I wonder if its a boy or girl.

Zoe: I hope its a girl.

Zak: You would!

Zaks phone beeped. He took it out of his pocket.

Zoe: Whos is from?

Zak: Kris.

Zoe: Saying...?

Zak: That they've got twins... a girl and a boy.

Kris' POV

I held onto the baby boy. He was so cute. I looked back at Jess, who was holding the girl.

Kris: What're we gonna call them?

Jess: Well... I decided on two names... specially.

I nodded. I didn't have a clue what she picked for the names.

Jess: Olivia and Joe.

I smiled. Olivia and Joe. They were our friends from HCC, well back. Before me and Jess began fancying eachother. They were around the time me and Jess wanted eachother to die. A long time ago they died in
the fire where I work... The Dog. It burnt down but it got rebuilt and it got so much better because I got a job there, thats why its always so packed, I tell you.

Jess: (staring at me) Well, what d'ya think?

Kris: I love it.

Jess: You've got a job to do for me.

I knew the job. Ring Luke. Jess still had his number on her phone and she depended on me to tell him that the kids were born.

Jess: Ring Luke. You've got my phone, haven't you?

Kris: Er, yeah.

Jess: Thanks.

I did a fake smile and handed Joe to a nurse then I walked out. I went to her contacts and clicked Luke. He was before me...

Kris: Don't pick up... Don't pick up.

Damn.

Luke: Hello?

Kris: Er, hey, Luke. Its me... Kris.

Luke: Oh wonderful... what do you want?

Kris: She's had the kids.

Luke: Big wow.

Kris: Seeming your the Father, you don't sound so interested.

Luke: I don't want nothing to do with the kids! OK?! Now stop stalking me!

He hung up and I stared at the phone and laughed? Why would I wanna stalk him? His breath smelt as bad as Darrens!

Jess' POV

I woke up after a quite long sleep. Nobody was in the room, except for a nurse, shutting the blinds and Joe and Olivia in their cots. I looked at the window and noticed Zoe, Zak and Kris were waiting outside. I desperately wanted to speak to Zoe, I hadn't spoken to her since I went into labour. With Zak, he's my mate, I've gotta talk to him and of course I wanna speak to Kris!

Jess: Can they come in?

Nurse: (sighs) Its not visiting hours, I'm afraid.

Puppy dogs eyes.

Jess: Please...

Working...

Nurse: (sighs again) Well...

Working...

Nurse: Alright then.

Worked! Always does.

Kris' POV

After I rang Luke and he hung up I went back to the hospital room to see Jess had dozed off. So I went outside and got a burger which tasted like chicken and I don't like chicken cos they remind me of Darren. Then I just sat there and then Zoe and Zak came along. So now I'm sitting with Zoe and Zak, having a nice chat.

Kris: Jess will probably make you both Godmother and Father.

Zoe: Doesn't Luke have a decision on that?

Kris: Rang him before. He doesn't want anything to do with the kids.

Zoe: What a pathetic wannabe loser.

Kris: Too true.

Me and Zoe then began skitting Luke and Zak just read his LFC football magazine. He's getting nowhere with his footy career. All he's got to is teaching kiddies in primary schools how to play football. Isn't the best career around, at least he's got one. I'm still in Topshop and the Dog and Jess is working in IL Gnosh, Evissa and The Dog. All the three. But she's on maternity leave on all three so I'm the one earning the money.
The nurse walked out of Jess' hospital room.

Nurse: You can go see her now.

I nodded at her then charged in to see Jess lying there smiling, staring at the cots.

Jess: What did Luke say?

It was well too obvious she was gonna say that first. Lately all she's been thinking about was what Luke would say. To have me telling him Jess has had the baby.

Kris: Well... he said he doesn't want anything to do with Olivia and Joe.

Jess: Good. He smells anyway.

Then she got into deep conversation with Zoe and Zak. It was just probably because she wanted Olivia and Joe to grow up actually knowing their real Dad, not with them just thinking I was their Dad. I don't care anyways, she doesn't like Luke no more

Jess' POV

I sat in Kris' car, the babies in the back in their chairs. Olivia had a pink one and Joe had a blue one. They look so cute.

Jess: Can't wait till we get home.

Kris: Why?

Jess: Sleep.

He turned into the car park behind Drive 'n' Buy, Washed Up and IL Gnosh. I got Olivia and Kris got Joe. We put them into their pram. It was one of those funky ones. You know when one sits at the front seat and theres one at the back? Yeah, if you don't know, tough luck. Kris pushed them back to our flat.
As I opened the door with my key and flicked on the light, about fifty people popped up from nowhere shouting surprise! At that instant, guess who started crying? Not the twins! Me!

Zoes POV

Me and Zak helped Jess put Olivia and Joe into their playpen as Kris did the buffet. Poor Jess though - she's got her Mum and Dad on her case! All they seem to do is go on about how Jess should be with the real Father, not Kris. Maybe its cos he's a cross dresser? I remember my Mum when she first met him... ugly site...

jess: my dad just died, he was the kindest man ever!!!!!!!! he bought me up and always paed for everything i remember him playing with me when i was 5 and he would let me climb on his back and give me a piggy back around the garden, he used to give me hot chocolae secretly and he would always treat me taking me out whilst mum was at work and he'd play a game with me on keep the secrets, he would tell me evything and i would always return the favour, he even told me about mum haveing an affair when i was 7! it broke my heart but he told me that i deserved to know incase they split up. no one will ever comeclose to my dad! not even you kris youdont no the first thing about me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

she ran in to the ladies toilets and cried t herslf for hours on end refusing to come out even when the cleaner came, a few hours later she was found unconcious on the floor, dehydrated kris was still outside waiting for hr asking people to check up on her until te nurse came out at 2 in he morning carrying her on to a trolley and wheeling her to a ward where sh lay uncomfortable, kris grabbed her hand and walked next to her tears streaming down his face, jess had high expectations and how could a stupid irish cross dressing radio presenter reach those standards? impossible nothing could get him that high he sat next to a motionless jess knowing he could nevr be there for her and it woud reach to how much her dad was round!

Kris' POV

Me and Jess stood behind the stairs, with Jess' parents, Barbara and Charles. They were going on and on and on about the kids how they shouldn't live in such a small environment.

Jess: No offense like, Mum, Dad, but their my children, not yours! Shouldn't I be deciding whats best for them?

Barbara: We're more experienced though, Jessica.

I didn't feel right saying it but don't you think using "We're more experienced though", while talking about parenting, don't you think its just a tiny bit rude?

Jess: But their mine, Mum! I know whats best for them! Kris is here too!

Barbara: Anyway, we're their grandparents, we should have some say in
them too.

Jess: You can just pick them up, hold them and feed them, Mum! I'm their Mum! I parent them, not you!

Charles: If you continue giving your Mother cheek, Jessica...

Jess: Dad! Mum! I'm not twelve! I'm a Mother!

Barbara: OK then! Come along, Charles, we're leaving!

Me and Jess watched as Barbara put on her coat and they walked out without saying a word. I expected Jess to chase after them like some sort of madman, but she never. I stared at her, wondering why she didn't do that.

Kris: Why didn't you go after them?

Jess: Their treating me as a child. I'm gonna prove to them that I'm not a child no more, I'm an adult. I'm no silly little HCC Jess no more!

Then she flounced off upstairs. Hmm, bit shocking... but I didn't really care, I just helped myself to some sausages.

Zaks POV

After the party me and Zo helped to clear things up. Jess had already retired to bed and the twins were just asleep in their downstairs cots.
I was taking down a banner saying ITS A GIRL... OOOH, AND A BOY TOO . I was on a stepchair when Zoe walked past, tripping and kicked the stepchair, causing it to move and I slipped off!

Zak: YOWCH!

I banged on the floor and Kris just looked at me and laughed, while Zoe flashed a stare at him, at least someone cared about me.

Zoe: Hey, idiot, you could've woken the children.

Zak: Your the one who knocked me!

Kris: (laughs) Good idea, Zak, blame it on the women!

Zak: I'm not blaming it on the women! She did do it!

Zoe: Hmmm yeah. Get up and get back to work.

Its nice to be appriciated around here...
