Either post what the answer is for yourself, or what you believe the answer would be for Mr Average.
You will notice that this question has no implication in terms of faith or religion.

Yet.

Question:
Cars have become something of an essential accessory in today's society.
Also, one of the most visible and readily evaluated status symbols.
So how much does Mr Average spend on a car (Purchase price)

Choices:
One month's salary
Three month's salary
Six month's salary
A year's salary

What time is it, Mr Woolf?
Time to mend your ways, for the end is nigh.

Oh come on Wolfie, any well versed reader and quoter of the bible such as yourself must know there are loads of verses about the accumulation of worldly possessions being wrong and the path to hell and into the hands of Stan. Big Grin

Anyway, the poll is absurd.

All one need do is find out the average price paid for a car and the average salary (both a couple of google clicks away) and voila you can figure it out exactly.

You really must have excelled as a MD of a multinational company if this is the standard of thought you apply to a problem. Then again, maybe this is example of why they paid you off. Smile

Ah, Juliet; your grasp of statistical analysis is as impeccable as your understanding of the heart of the true believer.

Oh dear, where to start.

Juliet - a character from a famous play.

Statistical analysis - Nope, you only need a simple arithmetic sum to solve the problem. Are addition and subtraction so hard to fathom?

The heart of the true believer is never the problem that lies within their brain and its flawed logic and reasoning. That is the part which cannot be understood.

Three mistakes in one post - even for you that is good going. Now if only there were a emoticon with a Dunce's hat Shake Head

i think mr average (salary) would spend about 3 months salary on an (average) car.

i think whoever has spent 6 months salary on their car is either below average earning, or above average car.

myself, i would not spend more than one months salary on a car. but i am not average. nor am i a mister. and there are shoes and handbags to be bought y'know.
