Hello games Ed, just a post to let you know I have left a reply about the isketch game, really loved playing it such great fun, until my daughter started to play on line and got taken in by one of the players, we all know the warnings of what not to do but the silly girl and yes I can call her that as she is my daughter fell for the rubbish he was telling her and I must say I would have also he is very good, but he led her to believe that he was a young lad and he was not he was old !!!. It all got out of hand and to cut a long story short she is now banned from the net. she no longer has email or is allowed to use the PC only the laptop to do her homework as this is not connected on line. She put the rest of the family at risk of this very sick man. I understand that it is very hard to stop anyone going on line and telling lies about who they are I just wish the government would do something to protect our children. I am a good and caring mother and I thought my daughters were safe and knew all the rules but I also messed up as I didn't know what was happening. lucky for my daughter I managed to stop it all before it all got out of hand. It has been a awful year and this has been a very upsetting time for myself and my daughter. If there could be any way possible for the makers of the game to stop the room chats or privart chats or place a warning just to remained kids to becareful it help. No matter how much or hard you tell teenagers not to do something they always will, so a reminder will help. this man is still on line and is still chatting to young girls doing the same thing to them as he did to my daughter.Thank you and sorry to go on so much.

lol.. The meeting point idea was for when there was a group of us playing Crimson/Veridian Rooms and Mysteries of Time and Space.

I wouldnt allow my children to go on any kind of chat room at all, its just not worth it

I was once like that. I didn't play much of the original Halo, admittedly, but it left me cold. I couldn't see what the fuss was about. So I decided for months I wasn't getting it. Then I got Live. I wasn't having the best experience, because I figured everyone was playing Halo 2. So I got it. Now I'm completely addicted. The graphics and fast and furious gameplay are like nothing I've ever played before.

It's a real blokes shooter where you just get stuck in and do it. and the AI is definitely more improved on the original. For all it's blokeyness though, those are some very pretty pastel colours they use.

My advice is to rent Halo 2 and give it a few decent hours. If you like it, then buy it. It's the best.

My favourite game before this was Half Life, and from what I hear HL2 is even better than Halo 2. The mind boggles.

Bum ... I wanted to say how great Unreal Tournament 2004 is but it's for those little shockwave games ...

I wonder if this counts?

Half-Life 2 is WAYYY batter than any Unreal Tourn. game! Absolutely no competition there!

life is a game and games are life i love gaming i have been in the gaming industry fo 20 years and have a love hate relationship with gaming it gets in your blood and the more you pull away the more it pulls you back like a girlfriend you cant get rid of so to me gaming is life and life is but agame waiting for that day when the screen in your head says GAME OVER yea we have all heard it.
