I'm not talking about the acts here there's already enough topics about them.
I'm talking about the little things, like putting toilets nearer to the front, making the volume of the speakers louder or having a little pyrotechnics show at the end.

maybe starting sooner after everyone's been let in because it's a bit annoying queuing for ages then going in and having to wait another couple of hours for the acts to begin

I think they should make it into a whole weekend! A real full-weekend festival with more acts, more to do, (obviously higher priced tickets - but T4's always worth it), that kind of stuff, including on-site camping (or near-site camping considering it's on a beach and all).

Yea it is a good idea... only the thing I like about T4OTB is the value for money. £30 and around 30 artists, and loads of channel 4 stars and random celebs.
Making it into a proper festival means the price will go up, but I'd be happy to pay £60 for example for a whole weekend festival, if it was still good value for money.

Also I really don't understand the whole don't bring your own food but spend a fortune on ours situation.

At the beginning last year when MAroon 5 and Mutya and that were on, we were in the middle and could barely hear! Everyone was shouting turn it up, and then it got louder after a while. I dunno if that was a technical fault or if you were starting quiet so the loudness had more of an effect, but it was very annoying.
