Hiya everyone! just bout to get my pre sale tickets! just wondering if any1 who's been before can give me any info about the day!?? wat else goes on during the day..how early will i hav 2 get ther 2 geta good view..wats the food like ther..erm..yep im a first timer and as im gettin this for sum1s bday wanna make sure its as good as its mena b! any info wud b good, cheers! r
we left at 6 in the morning from bristol. got there at like 7ish. was already a bit busy but not alot. we got to the beach at around 8/9 and there was a big line!. but we got quite close to the front. oh and when you give them your ticket everyone runs to the front so make sure you run. and theres no point in wearing shoes on the beach because they'll get totally ruined from the muddy sand. the food is like 7pound for a burger and the ques are long. but its so fun there you wont care!. hope that helps

Last year me and my friends stayed in a Travelodge about twenty minutes away but I can't remember what it was called!
I advise you to try every stage if there are more than one because last year we didn't go to the DJ tent and people from Hollyoaks were in there and stuff!! Also don't bring a big banner cus you'll just get annoyed with lugging it around. Obviously bring plenty of water, there is some on sale but it's very expensive. Last year I ate the chicken and chips and it was inedible!!
If you go onto the weston tourest centre website, form there, you can collect a brocure detailing lots of accomodation in and arround the local area. There are lots to choose from in there to suit all budgets. I aadvise booking accomodation as early as possible as it very quickly gets full up!
If i remember, a burger was about £4... it just depended which stall you went to as there were many. I would advise taking yourr own food, accept on the checklist this year, it says we arn't allowed.
I deffinately suggest taking water. Even if it is quite cold, it feels so warm with all the people around you xxx
