Yes, people will still love Pacey, and yes they will recognise Katie Holmes and Michelle Williams....

I mean, the programs we have on tv today are way different...take Lost, Smallville and ER for example...

I think the best bet, like I did, is to buy the DVDs.

Both Smallville and ER were around when the Creek was still going so that's kind of irrelevant, I see what your saying, but I find it hilarious when all these kids like the first person to respond in this thread try and mock it, then go and watch the OC , a show that basically ripped off DC's format , except it lacks the creativity and compelling story lines.

I was just trying to point out the differences in tastes in todays society...

I mean, even the OC, which like you said ripped off Dawson's Creek is different, it relies of beauty, and sex appeal to get it through.

Yeh I heard it was pretty good, its a shame they closed it (kind of lame actually). I stopped watching the creek around season 4 when I was younger because I just didnt have the time to sit in, but I caught reruns during the holidays or whatever, I expected to do that this year again but I discovered channel 4 lost the rights to 5 who dont even show it. Also kind of misleading because they still have a DC page on the 4 site which informs me season 5 is showing on a sunday... which obviously isnt the case.

Sucks.

the o.c is just as terrible as dawsons weak.

The O.C is one of the worst pieces of television I have ever viewed in my life, almost as bad as "my super sweet 16"

I loved dawsons creek but I think series 1 and 2 were the best.the final episode wasnt so good.

first they kill off jen

then joey ends up with pacey

dawson ends up on his own which was stupid.its like the writers just came up the whole thing without thinking it through.no way would dawson have really said go be with pacey,but cause it was the final thats what they had him do dawson had been in love with her forevor,yet he lets her go without saying one word about.absolute rubbish

plus why didnt they bring audrey back in it?

and why couldnt andie end up with pacey.they made a lovely couple

wouldn't mind the return of the creek. Once you've seen shipwrecked before you can't really watch it again now you know the outcome, change it for something better!

Dont get me wrong man, Shipwrecked was great but I agree with you. Only so many times you can watch repeats of something that is reality TV, its slightly easier to enjoy repeats of an extremely long series which most people wont have seen every episode of . I can only dream though...
