I cannot believe there was not a proper lost property place...i lost my fone n camera and my friend lost her fone and 2 other people had lost there fone and it was such a hasle just 2 see if it had been handed in!

now i have 2 ring weston-super-mare council toomorrow to try and get a number for some secuirty office!!! which is ridiculus i think!

does anyone know what i actually have 2 do because i dnt even know what i am asking the council

They said they will hand everything to the police...so i had to register my lost property with the police..But i doubt they will find anything...!

But i suppose you will have 2 do that 2, just incase.

My friend lost/had her phone stolen and she had to speak to about 5 stewards before actually finding someone who knew what to do. You had to go and speak to the security by the exits, but if this is helpful - they only had one phone handed in - it was a nokia.

i got sent in like 3 different places

and that wasn't even the proper lost property place!!!

As stated on your tickets T4 will not be held personally liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst at T4 on the Beach, any personal property is brought at the owners own risk,

Yeah, but it's not about them being liable ?!

It's just about the fact they weren't very good with providing a place to go, and the stewards didn't seem to have a clue where lost property was.

Its obviously not there fault, but since they are providing lost property service, you would think that they would make sure the stewards knew what you had to do .....

when everyone was running to the front, i saw a nokia 3310 being handed in if thats any help.

hey! don't you guys & gals realise that the security staff are paid peanuts and get their bonus by fencing 'lost' phones? come on , get real..................
