Im coming for the day from London with some friends and have never been to T4 before. All the train tickets are like £50 and the National Express thing doesnt get there till 11.15!
Will 11.15 mean we'll miss many acts? Or does anyone know anywhere you can get cheap train fares? And also I've heard people say the station gets busy, a little worried that I'd book train tickets and then miss the train due to busyness? Or any other good ways to get there?! Sadly no ones willing to drive us
I can imagine getting there are 11.15 will be fine.. the acts dont usually start until about half 11 although dont expect to be near the front because that will be full by 10ish..
You may be able to get a cheaper train ticket by asking for an advanced leisure ticket - although this only applies on certain days and times and also means you have to get on the train at the time the ticket says otherwise the ticket isnt valid!! I have used a ticket like this before and my fare went from £20 down to £5 so it saved me alot ... you can't usually buy these online though you will have to go to a station and just ask for the cheapest possible train fare and see what they say =)
