hmmm, maybe debenhams/bhs? or somewhere like dorothy perkins etc occassionally come up with the goods. spend a day shopping around your local malls etc and see what there is! thats prolly not helpful coming from someone on the other side of the world who hasnt bought ball dresses in the uk for a while lol but maybe a guide in the right direction?!

id go 2 monsoon cos they have really beautiful dresses
why are you trying so hard to fit in......when you're born to stand out .......................................... "...And these children that you spit on as they try to change their worlds are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through..." .......................................... Andrew: Is it your parents Alison: Yeah Andrew: What do they do to you Alison: They ignore me
Monsoon definitely has some beautiful dresses in all colours and styles but they can be a bit dear. My sister got all her ones from there for her balls and they were lovely. Other than that you can try department stores because they should have a wide selection and you may not end up with a dress that another person has
oh yeah Ebay, thats prob the best cos u can get a more exspensive 1 cheaper

yeah monsoon is good (just agreeing with you lot lol)
somewhere like Jane Norman or similar too mebbe? dont know what they have. some places have nice tops/skirts that can double as prom type outfits. you could go to ann summers and get a corset and a cool skirt from somewhere else for example!
(just brainstorming a bit here for ya!)
