Was anyone else not able to find the coaches that dropped us off in the wrong place and were then hiding under a bridge?

About 40 of us were walking up and down Weston trying to find the coaches, and when we did eventually find the coach we were told that we cant go anywhere until 9pm, almost 2 hours late!
we arrived back at almost midnight, perfectly timed to miss the last tubes from the station.

National Express' communication with the drivers they hired was awful, aparently they didnt even know where they were supposed to go once they were in W-S-M; and the emergency number on our tickets was far from an emergency number. It was more like call this number to be patronized by bored call centre workers

Did anyone else have problems with NatExpress?
I want a refund!

To be honest the journey took longer but that was expected, 45,000 people in one place is bound to start a traffic jam... BUT can i say i have never ever been spoken to so rudely before in my life... the drivers were horrific. A letter and email of complaint have been sent. And can I say how unorganised and unable the staff at the west-on super mare coach depot actually were... I want my money back too!!
