As the current series of Scrapheap draws to a close a new one is already gathering momentum and with it the search for new teams. The ninth series of Scrapheap starts filming in April and we require teams who have the technical skills to construct the weird creations our teams are challenged to build each week – think Underwater Cars and Flying machines!
To apply simply download an Application Form (One per person), with a recent photo of yourselves and make a short 5 min video showing us who you are and what your capable of. Then just simply send it in and keep your fingers crossed.
So, if you think you’ve got what it takes to be the next Andy Barnes or Nosher then get a team together and get your Application in quick as time is running out.
Wish I had "what it took" as I am a total technical numpty! I enjoy it all the same - one of the few intelligent progs to mix entertainment with something technical.
the original C4Andy post was dated way back in 2006 and in the light of the latest info on the other scrapheap site it seems as though there is not going to be a need for any other Scrapheap teams any more. Maybe they are looking for people for a totally new series of something different
