I wanted to say the same thing but dare not. The quality of the build meant that someone would be welding all day just to make the those joints let alone get the build together. No matter cuz it worked really good and it is great to have scrapheap back. However I spoke to all my work mates and nobody knew it was back on tv so I seemed to be the onlpy one who saw it. Unless you read the scrap bit on the web you wouold not know it was back.

You have to appreciate that you are watching entertainment and that the clock is probably somewhat flexible. I believe the schedule includes a "safety day" which means that all that dodgy tacking that was done to make it look finished can be properly welded so that it'll be safe on the day.
So in 10ish hours, they'll build something that looks the business and on the safety day, the boffins will make sure the welding is all complete and safe and that any safety equipment like cages to prevent injury to the operator will be added if they didn't have time on the day.
Flippin Heck ! I have just been checking the TV Listing on a particulair website and when I clicked on the Scrapheap entry it gave me the details for NEXT WEEKS show which now mean I accidentally know who wins tonight. Dam Dam Dam
