Does anyone know where i can get that episode from online, i havnt seen it for ages!

An acquaintance of mine, Bill Brooks, was in the team for a one-off show back in 2003, where they built flying machines.

The show was an international one, between the UK, France and the US. I was on one of the UK teams that was shortlisted but didn't make it.

Bill took off for a short hop, climbed to about 500 feet or so, then gently flew around in a big circuit a couple of times before landing it.

The US machine didn't make it off the ground, I think, and the French machine just did a very low hop (although I am sure it could have flown well).

Sorry, I've not seen it on-line. I am pretty sure it was done in conjunction with Discovery though, as it was broadcast worldwide, not just on Channel 4 here.

It might be worth doing a bit of serious Googling to see if you can track it down, possibly under the US title of Junkyard Wars.

I've got this Junkyard MegaWars version on VHS - can't seem to put it on the net though - my computer always crashes! Any tips of how to upload VHS onto the internet??
