I'm gonna look at it from another perspective...
It's clear that James, Will and Ben C also had a problem with Soph helping herself (as seen on hutcam diaries), yet from what we saw, they left Ben L to do the confrontation all on his own. That's quite cowardly, I think, wispering behind her back yet not being willing to stand up and say it to her. What's more, Ben C would have done it in a much better way than Ben L, who I think did approach it in completely the wrong way, in front of other people. Ben C would have been diplomatic and sensitive, and SOpia might even be on tigers now.

At the end of the day, whats happened has happened. Not everyone gets along and personalities clash. People react differently in situations.

I like Sophia, at least she stands up for herself (even if it is by shouting). She'll come back to Tigers. I'm sure of it.

All i wanted to say was James did mention something about agreeing with Ben during the argument, but not very much.

If i was Ben, i would previously had said to the guys, during conversations about Sophia that i was going to speak to her then when confronted in front of everyone (because it has something to do with everyone) I would have made it a group thing by saying "most of us have noticed..." or something. The others may have felt it was wrong to butt in because they were just there and not included.
