Anyway I agree because Lauren does take stuff very personally. Clearly no other new arrivals gave a rat's - they knew better than to take offence from what Tomaye says.

I think Tom didnt mean it in the horrible way that Lauren took it. I think you're right in saying the other girls werent exactly his type! Thats how he probably meant it!
When they were fighting Tom said "Oh Im sorry if Im not personally attracted to you!" I was just laughing my head off! Lauren just went "I didnt say that you had to be personally attracted to me" it was the funniest fight Ive seen in a long time!

I'm sorry but i personally love Tom for what he said to Lauren;p

So what if he doesn't find her attractive. There are plenty more fish in the sea, some of which may ind her whiny personality attractive.

lol I thought it was hilarious - the look on Laurens face when she realised there is actually someon in the world who doesn't think she is gorgeous ha ha. Now if the nedw arrivals pick Sharks who wants to bet Lauren will do her utmost to ensure the gorgeous girl gets the boot!!

thank you - it wasn't offensive at all. if i was there i wouldn't think what tom said was a dig at anyone at all - each to their own! everyone finds different things sexy about people, otherwise we'd all have to look like clones of each other to be happy!

lauren was asking for him to tell her he wasn't personally attracted to her with the stupid way she completely blew his comment out of proportion.

I think Tom is quite superficial, and that he's maybe only really interested in getting to know girls if he thinks they are attractive, which is wrong, but Lauren is too sensitive and there is such a clash of personalities between them that she would prob take offence at much that he says.
It's a shame that she can't just ignore him and not get so upset, cos he obviously doesnt care at all that they dont get on

Wouldn't it be funny if the pair ended up getting together and all this arguing was them really fighting their burning desires for each other

I didn't find Tom's comment offensive. I think he was 100% correct. I don't think Lauren is attractive at all. Being a prima donna is a particularly unattractive quality.
