I really don't like Lauren after watching that episode.

When it came to making a decision she started crying and begging just to make Diva feel bad. Diva wasn't able to make an informed choice between Sharks and Tigers because Lauren made it clear from early on that she favoured Sharks.

I hope Lauren gets her come-uppance as she is a bit of a snake. Diva, on the other hand, was able to fit in on both teams without being devious.

I loved Diva and I thought she was brilliant, really not impressed with Lauren and also liked how Diva was so positive about Hawts!

I dont see how she was being devious, she knew that Tigers would probably pick Diva, she knew she felt more at home on Sharks, she didnt know who Sharks would pick as Diva got on as well there as on Tigers.

They had to make a joint decision, Diva was umming & ahhing & Lauren knew who she wanted. Yes it meant that Diva got sacrificed but if Diva was a firm Tiger she should have stuck to her guns and they could have chosen at random.

i agree i think lauren was quite manipulative about the whole thing...BUT
i was thinking and they both knew that if they chose tigers diva would have stayed and if they chose sharks lauren had a better chance , so choosing either would have been selfish on whoevers behalf SO...
saying they both actually though they had equal chance it was fairer to go to sharks because diva would have been happier there than lauren would have been on tigers.

I don't think it's a good idea for both new arrivals to make a joined decision on which iland they want to live anyways.Because they are usually different,so might prefer different islands...And I agree,Lauren was being manipulative when it was time for her and Diva to chose an island.

I just think she was a bit too caught up in competing with Diva that she didn't properly 'enjoy' her first week.

But I suppose that's the aim of bring two new arrivals!

I dont think she was because if Diva really wanted to go to Tigers she would have put her foot down and said Tigers and ignored Lauren.

i so did not like her. it was the bit where her and diva were talking the day before the beach party and she said something like "i would never force you to go to sharks, if you want to go to tigers then i guess i would be ok with that". diva never claimed that but did the good thing. and the screaming when she was chosen was a bit insensitive, i know its an automatic reaction but still. Then saying that diva was just in it for the competition or something when she wasnt at all whereas lauren seemed like she was

I like Diva...she was very philosophical about it all...she said "it's taught me a lesson"...and she will learn lot more from the experience than Lauren I should think.

Diva has settled in SO well with the Hawks. I don't think Lauren would have.

my friends were over watching shipwrecked and we all really didnt like lauren. she is so annoying and arrogant! only good thing, is the brilliant diva has gone onto the better island, if lauren had gone might not as been as good.xx

lauren wouldve been like sarah on hawks and the way she screamed when they chose her for sharks was so babyish,,,she didnt even deserve it!

I think Diva should of stuck to her guns and not be pressured into choosing Sharks, but hey it was a lesson learnt for Diva and she seems at home on Hawks

She sulked her way into the sharks, she reminded me of my 6 year old nephew if he didnt get something he wants. I hate ppl like this

I know I hated her soo much. She was begging and crying just so she would get her own way. I felt sorry for Diva because I knew she loved Tigers more. Im supporting Sharks now but I hate Lauren!

At the end of the day its a dog eat dog world and lauren wanted to save herself, if putting on the water works was going to work then hey why not?

I'm sure we all have done something in life to get our own way

its hardly the sharks fault, i think their reasoning that lauren wanted to be shark more was quite justified

Its called respecting some else decision.

She clearly didnt do that she insisted that diva tell her how shes felling when she said tigers already but she kept saying it until she said sharks thats not very nice in my book

Seriously though guys - what would you have done if you were dead set on Sharks & knew that your chance of staying in he show was diminished by going with Tigers? you would try & pursuade the other person to chose Sharks no?

If Diva was dead set on Tigers then they should have picked randomly but she said herself she was torn, 50/50 and only said her instinct was to go for Tigers in hindsight.

My thoughts exactly - as I said before its a dog eat dog world,

I get the feeling those naughty program editors have been playing us again this week.

All we saw of Diva was a nice girl, having fun and fitting in.
All we saw of Lauren was whinging and moaning while on Tigers, and then getting worked up on Sharks.

Yet when the Sharks were deciding between them, they actually said they had very similar personalities - so obviously there must be a lot more to Lauren than we've seen.

I really thought for a minute we were gonna have to get Danny's stones and shells out to "help" Lauren and Diva decide on an island.

I'm curious though, i know there has to be a decision, but what would've happened if Diva hadn't backed down?
