Yeh, it just didn't feel right did it? I think Matt held back on Shark island and so didn't really get into it. If they hadn't of made that pact with him, he might have gotten on great there. Something we'll never know.
But.........it totally paid off for them. I just felt bad for Matt he knew he was setting Mike up, but what could he do?! It's all about survival of the fittest.
Besides, I think Mike will do really well on the third island !

Well you know what,now i think more people are just going to prefer sharks,Tom will tell the sharks about it,and they will tell the new arivals every time,no?Meaning that they will be thinking,hey....that could be going on with the other one
It would have been good game play.. would have probably worked every week cus at the end of day they all wanna stay there.. but now Tom's gone to sharks and told them what went on it's gonna completely backfire.

Agree with the comments about Tom going to tell the Sharks what they'd done, but.......it was Tom's idea !! So, it could backfire on him. In fairness the girls didn't really want to do it, Tom was pushing hard. So, if he gets all high and mighty about it with the Sharks and lets on he wasn't for it, when he was the instigator, it might back fire on him !

Personally, I wouldn't have done it. I agree with the girls. I'd have preferred they choose the island based on liking them for who they are not what they could promise them.....it's going to get worse me thinks !

agree about tom but i genuinly don't think it was dirty tactics, a bit harsh on matt but i expected something worse from all the "next time" build up like telling both of them they would choose them
I think it was really mean on Mike, and putting pressure on Matt to agree with it.
But in a way, not meaning to sound harsh, I am glad Mike was the reject, as I think he fits in with Hawk's really well. Still felt really sorry for him though, wonder how he will feel when he finds out?

people were sayin that Lauren was manipulative and horrible but i think what Matt done was worst, especially when Mike was singin his praises and sayin nice things about him.
i also think that Matt held back on shark island because he knew he had a place on Tigers, if it werent for that im sure he would of went over there and been swayed to sharks!

Tigers were bang out of order, bang out!! however the people blaming tom, i don't really think you can do that! as much as i can't stand him,i just feel that the tigers if they were good people should have rejected this suggestion! Why can't they just play the game fairly, there is no need to make Shipwrecked evil, imagine how mike must of felt, what a horrible, disgusting thing to do, it wasnt even as if matt's personality won him the place, completely unfair and out of order. Hawks, all the way now, don't like any of the tigers anymore cheating and evil gits, just imagine for one minute who bad Mike must of felt when he found out that he had been stitched up, i feel sooo sory for him! Sharks i can't stand Keris and now Tom is there argghhh, but worst of all Lauren arghhhhhhh, i hope Hawks some how comeback and go mental, find out what the Tigers have done, and give them all a slap!!

the whole thing was Toms idea and he was only doin it for himself, i felt really sorry for Mike because the sharks would have loved him. Don't like Matt he seems like a bit of a bore. So i think the Tigers were out of line with what they did and i think that will be their tatic every week
I think they overstep the mark when they put winning new arrivals ahead of the honesty and unity within the tribe. If they lose that as a result of their tactics, then they will effectively have sold their experience for a shot at the prize, which I think is a shame.
There are a couple of elements of that in the tactic we saw this week. Firstly there is the question mark over why they picked Matt. As far as he is concerned they made the deal with him because he was the one they preferred, but it wasn't quite as simple as that: Marvyn wanted Mike and it seemed that Susan and Carly went for Matt because he was the LESS natural choice. That's a secret they will probably have to keep for the duration.
The other problem is the one that Carly raised when she questioned the whole plan: will they ever know whether Matt would have picked them on merit? As it turns out, he probably would have done, though that might be because he deliberately shut the Sharks out. In any event, the topic is another Tiger taboo.
I feel soo sorry for Mike, so pleaed he didnt go home, i am really disappointed in the Tigers, to think i was having a go at Danny in the first week for what i belive was cheating with the shells and stones, its nothing compared to what the Tigers did this week. I really liked them, its a shame.
