Tricky situation for matt but he defo should have given the sharks more of a chance.felt so bad for Mike though coz he was such a nice chap n had alot of trust in matt.
Tom was the dirty schemer though.hope he gets what he deserves.xxx

For everyone who's saying matt should have given the sharks more of a chance (btw correct me if i'm wrong i wasn't watching that closely so i won't be offended) wasn't the only sort of bit we saw him not joining in was when they had a lamb's tongue eating competition. I wouldn't have joined in either!

If i was him I wouldnt have felt comfotable trying to convince Mike the way he did, however it's not something he really choose, it was a position the Tigers and Tom put him in, so I actually feel more sorry for him than anything, I bet you he didnt feel good about it.

We dont know that he didnt give Sharks a fair chance we saw very little footage of that, and also he had a chat with Jack but it wasnt a particular guarantee was it really? (Not to his knowledge anyway) So i wouldnt judge him too much, give the guy a chance. I didnt like the way he went about convincing Mike either but I still think he's a nice guy.

i don't think there was much wrong with it..
its a game at the end of the day
and if i was in that position where i had the opportunity of a lifetime..being out in them beautiful surrounding but knew i could go after a week
but then one tribe offered me a chance to stay if i picked them, i wouldn't think twice
even if i liked the other tribe better i would stick it out a couple of weeks then ask to move to the other group
and i'm sure if they had propositioned mike he wouldn't have declined either!

I am sure at some point when Matt has joined the Tigers, the Tigers must have had some discussion about the ploy they used to nab Matt and possibly decided against going ahead with it........some why haven't we seen snippets of such discussion?
