I know we go on about the likes of James m James George Lou etc But has nobody caght on to the fact that crawford is actually the cheesiest most camera time hungry person there is I really just think the others are themselves but he goes out of his way to Make a song and dance about ANYTHING also in the most cringe worthiest way imaginable!
he was trying to make the team stronger- alot of large businesses use this form of entertainment to create an excellant working enviroment and peaceful work place. the way he was acting was to involve everyone in the group to partake, making it a fun event. something else to do, as im sure now island life is pretty dire
I agree with you Annabananabo ! Crawford has become a little too desparate to win the competition. If the Tigers were such a tight unit why do they have the need to do this strange team building execise on the beach. The Sharks obviously don't need to do it as they are a strong tean already. The beach thing was so OTT ! and it made Crawford look really silly ! He is nice enough , he should learn to chill out and be himself. He is trying much too hard !!!!!
im a shark and dislike most of the tigers but i think crawfords ok. 2b honest there isnt gona b much 2 do on the islands so games like the trust game are a sound idea.its better than just sitting around! i was also quite impressed with the way he told gareth to get niff to do what she wanted and what made her happy(altho that backfired haha).if he wanted to win that bad he wouldnt have said that...oh my god im defending a tiger!! but as far as tigers go hes one of the best. GO SHARKS!!

I think Alara is the bad seed among the Tigers. To be honest I think she manipulates Crawford and Brain quite alot. They would probably be ok if she wasnt so desparate to win.

To be honest I would quite like the Tigers and dont really care who wins, but something seems to happen to them when something doesn't go their way and I think Alara has alot to do with it. But as they are individuals someone should have shown more personal strength when James George was out in the rain and offered him a place undercover. Also when Gareth decided to swap which his right Alara lost her dummy and insulted him (Charlie F had a point about mentioning it earlier though). I think it is in moments like this that the group allow Alara to influence them and show very little independant thought and backbone. This is where for me they fail. Alara is greedy and selfish and its affecting the entire group.
id hav richie alot higher.he doesnt say much (he just walked away when gareth sed he was nominating himself) but i think he has a lot of power on that island, actions speak louder than words) apart from that spot on.i think it will be very hard for any new tiger to break into that hierarchy too.

I think Crawford intentions and motives are genuinue (i.e he really wants Tigers to be a tight group and be there for each other) but I personally found him slightly OTT on Sunday. And Chris Brain's speech "I'm so proud to be a Tiger" was just nauseating!!
If I was Annie I would have have not been impressed either, esp leaving her on the raft whilst they woofed all choccy, not exactly team building for her?
I think Alara was understandably upset about Gareth's defection but never seems to come out with any rational comments in those type of situations. She just says the first thing that comes in her mind and it makes her look "bitchy"
Ok Crawford can be a bit cheesy at times this just proves to me that he's not afraid to look silly on tv. Also he takes a lot of tome to organise these activities. He had been planning the fright night for 2 weeks, seemingly off camera? Actually I remember someone mentioning last week or so that they hadn't seen anything of Crawford on the show apart from the beach party. Who else on either island have we seen going out of view of cameras to do something really nice for their team mates. Think he deserves a break is probably one of the nicer people of the whole show. lol

Totally agree with you, He was ok to start with but now he makes me cringe !!!!!!!He think he is so important ! And he isn't that good looking, I bet you wouldn't look at him twice if you saw him in the street.
isnt this how cults start? its quite scary really! Imagine if the new arrival had been faced with that? now that wouldve been funny!! very lord of the flies- kill the pig!!
Crawford is definatly acting for the Cameras or it is all a set up. It is making him look so stupid. He has become too full of himself, he speaks on the behalf of everyone, organise everything ! Give me the Sharks anytime !!!
I'm going to defend crawford here. Firstly it must be so unbelievably boring to be there now. Secondly he was trying to get some teamwork going, all be it cheesy. Finally it was just a bit of fun? The cameramen must film loads of stuff we don't see, I doubt the shipwreckers know what is going to be shown anyway.

You guys are taking all the Sunday stuff a bit too seriously...Crawford was just having a laugh...you could tell that ultimately he wanted to build team spirit and have some fun.
Crawford is the leader, but not self appointed--he just happens to be the one the Tigers have all turned to cause he seems to be a genuinely nice guy (even the Sharks said so). When the girls wanted to build he realised the errors of his ways, and did the cooking etc, when the Tigers were all arguing about the raft he took the high road and just got on with the making the ors.
To me he seems like a guy that is just really nice--and no way can anyone say he is obsessed with winning, he just wants to build and maintain a team spirit on Tiger Island(ie comments about getting Niff over). He is proud to be a Tiger, and there is nowt wrong with that.
Anyway have said too much, but just can't stand anyone messing with the Crawf...he is such a funny guy, comes out with classic lines, and has really made an effort to bring the Tigers together. That's the one thing missing on Sharks, there are all individuals, they don't have the bond of the Tigers!!
Tigers all the way (though think Sharks do pull it off in the end.)
I have been unfailing a Sharks fan from day one but I think that Crawford is great but I think Sunday was a bit weird, wouldn't have expected that from him. BUT it hasn't altered my opinion of him and I agree that it's probably being taken too seriously.
