I found this while I was browsing. Not sure which week this happens, but I got the impression from the article that it was 3 or 4 weeks away. Anyway, here goes:

Feelings run high on Shark Island, when Tom finally declares his true feelings for Danny. Devastated at the response, he contemplates moving to the pontoon. Meanwhile there's pandemonium back at camp, when a boatload of Japanese tourists arrives, demanding souvenirs.

With morale already low on Tiger Island, spirits sink further when Susan is diagnosed with Foot and Mouth and has to be culled. Jack inflames the situation further, when he declares himself unhappy with the sleeping arrangements and decides to commute.

Over on Hawk Island, James takes a vow of flatulence, while Sarah continues her metamorphosis into a tree.
