2. They build things for new arrivals to make them choose them - FAKE.

3. When they arrive on the Shark's beach for the beach party, they grab the new arrivals to join their congo-esque line singing 'We are the tigers, we we are the tigers' and completely ignore the sharks - Horrible people...

I don't understand how the supporters for sharks or tigers is so equally split!

The producers could see the rule was broken. So I don't think they "grassed" and fact of the matter, Danny broke the rules. We don't like all rules in our society but it doesn't mean one can pick and choose which to follow.

Danny still won the race though, that's what important. It's all a friendly competition.

I think there are charms about both camps that the viewers like. The way both tribes act are quite different in motto and primary goals so they tend to attract different personalities. So it not that odd that the viewers are split on their support.

Shark just want to have fun all the time.
Hawk just want to build all the time.
Tiger seem to want to have fun but also build.

None of that is bad but will only attract different type of people.

Whereas the Sharks have the wonderfully likeable Tom and Lauren

anyway...thats my support. i see the disadvantages of tigers but am not convinced by your argument. i like both teams....i don't see why one team needs to be deemed as bad...can't the other team just be better?

plus, take a look at unseen hutcam diaries this week. its marv, jack and matt and its hilarious!!!

Okay, i have to say that i apologise for my quite dramatic post here.
I was clearly a little too angry at the time about the fact that Sharks lost their shower to the Tigers . I do love the sharks.. (Although thoroughly agree buckfast - Tom and Lauren to me are not nice people. Tom's only there cause he knows Danny will attract the new arrivals and Lauren... need i say more to be honest).
So i took my anger out on the Tigers..

It's like saying the Sharks only have fun with the new arrivals to attract them to the island, so they're fake too.

The bottom line is, both tribes in all 3 series so far, have tried to attract the new arrivals - that's the aim of the game. (And at the beach party when the decision was already taken and Adelina was in tears, it was the Tiger girls who were comforting her - those bonds certainly didn't look fake to me).

Well yes accourding to my Poll results the Sharks have indeed got 5 more votes than the Tigers (Haha to all you Tiger fans!! ) I agree with all your points especially number 1! I was so annoyed with that punishment it was an injustice because it is hard to swim half way across to the pontoon and Danny won fairly and then the price was taken off them all because he wasnt wearing a necklace! It was just stupid, and Susan was clearly told by the producers it was just soo fake!!!!!

So you're saying your gripe is with the Producers, not the Tigers?

i agree with everything pipster has said...... Grace Luvin Shipwrecked, rules are rules and the necklaces are a big part of the tribe...its their identity and so by not wearing it danny does deserve a punishment

i agree with u georgia... my 3 dislikes of tigers are;
1. jack
2. susan
3. the whole mike/matt thing, i well prefer mike and i cringe everytime i see matt

Sorry, but I totally disagree.

1- it was a rule break. They didn't know what they were going to get. The sharks wouldn've done the same thing. This is a COMPETITION, therefore I think the Tigers have every right to do that.

2- Maybe they are building things new arrivals appreciate. Again, it is a competition, new arrivals=win. But the tibe as a whole can benefit by making their experience more fun.

3- Its all about Team Spirit. If the new arrivals feel like part of a team then they may feel inclined to pock the island. They don't completely ignore the sharks, there is some hugging going on when they see eachother at the beach party.

I know my views may be biased as I have been a die-hard Tiger supporter for the past 3 years, but the accusations have no point to them whatsoever, and what you say about the Tigers, can, to an extent, be put back onto the sharks aswell.

I can understand why people may dislike Tigers (and Sharks) - I just think the reasons given in this post are a bit daft.

1. The people. im not too fond of anyone on tigers especially jack and carly.
