When they said she was a shop assistant I thought they meant in a store like "Top Shop". Now I have this weird image of her being treated like Granville in "Open All Hours".

Well, she has an incredible reputation now, and, as the series is over, her vow of silence should also have ended. It's time for her to make a decision on what she wants to do with herself and cash in on that reputation whilst it's still in people's minds. I think she's capable of doing anything she wants and wish her nothing but the best for the future.

And I'm still incredibly keen on her - she's just gone from strength to strength. She's a top lass!

I used to shop in the shop for sweeties and lemonade when i was wee! ..certainly not as glam as Top shop!! if i visit my grandparents any time soon (which might not be likely-being away at uni) i shall pop in and wish her the best! .. although i do agree she should sort something out now while she's recognisable! i would be! Given that the village she works in general resident is aged 60+ it may be a little harder!! .. my nana watched about 10 minutes of the show and remarked that she was "a funny girl" ..but not funny in a haha way..i dont think :s lol!

she isn't working in the shop anymore but back at her old job at the gym. the shop wasn't doing anything for career aspirations!!!

Thanks for the update, 3Unit - I feel a bit happier now that you've reassured us that she is thinking about her future. Is she still wanting to work behind the camera?

Yeah, it just a big move for her to get down to London. She wants to have some time with her family and not be incredibly skint for a while! Seeing as tigers lost, she is really really skint, but she is having a wicked time being back and misses the island alot.
