labyrinth is one of my favourite films ever!!! Yes it does have David Bowie in it and its fantastic. I can act it.

Basic story - teenage girl left to babysit her baby brother who wont stop crying, King of the Goblins (bowie) holds a bit of a candle for her and offers to take the baby away if she wishes it so. She makes the wish and her house falls silent...what she doesnt realise is that when she wished the baby to be taken away, that meant forever. She asks the Goblin King to give her brother back to which he says "Whats done is done" and if she wants him back, she will have to find her way through the labyrinth (which is huge and has a life of its own). Will she do it or will she get lost in the maze with its many twists and turns and its even stranger inhabitants...

Yes, I remember now Mike, its all came back to me! I used to get so frightened of it when I was younger. Its got a really good sound track too.

its just a generally ace film. I loved it so much, I insisted my little sister be named Sarah!! Even now, as a teenager I dont think she's any wiser as to who picked her name and why

I think it was rather disturbing - It used to gove me nightmares when i was younger. But then again, it didnt take much to give me nightmares as a kid - I was petrifed of the Gremlins!

Yeah i've seen the labrinth with David Bowie, not long ago actually as my bloke loves it so I got it him on DVD from ebay!
The book isn't the film though, its to do with the Holy grail hence its a Dan Brown type but was bought out before his I think, my Mum prefers it but i'll see what I think!
Hey Caz I re-read the half blood prince the other week so enjoy re-reading them because they are SO good, can't wait for the new one, its out on Sat 21st July n I go on hol Tues 24th! YEah! The film comes out on the 12th next Thurs so need to plan to see that next weekend one thinks! Mum n Dad are in Majorca Magaluf, so jealous because wherever you go in Majorca its nice, i've been to 5 different bits of it n all are great my favourit is Santa Ponsa though now.

I went to the cinemas the see the davinci code. Ill be honest tho, I didnt understand any of it - but I still found it interesting and really enjoyed the film... How does that work?LOL.

Yeah Majorca is lovley - I lived in magaluf for a year when I was 19/20. It was brilliant. I had to drag myself home. I could of stayed forever!
