I've been looking for it for ages as well. I made it then lost the recipe too, but my son found it yesterday. Here it is-115g plain flour,5 tablespoons of co-co powder,280g of castor sugar, 2 eggs beaten,115g of melted butter,1 tsp of vanilla essence and extra thick single cream at the side. METHOD preheat oven 170' 8 inch spring base tin greased. seive the flour & co-co powder together in a big bowl. Add sugar& mix in eggs. Add melted butter & vanilla essence. Mix thoughrally before pouring into cake tin-bake for 25-30mins. serve with the cream warmed. enjoy
