Gordon is clearly a fabulous chef, a good business man and a competent manager - but is he cashing in too far?

The chocolates sold under his name in supermarkets use hydrogenated veegtable oil - hardly the natural and simple ingredients that he espouses in his books and TV programmes.

Has the lure of the lucre proved just too much for Gordon to resist? After all, you only have one chance at a reputation.

i haven't seen enough high quality chocolate ingredient labels to know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing?
