As a big fan of Gordon Ramsay and many other chefs in the industry, I approached Gordon Ramsay Holdings seeking some kind of donation for a fundraiser we are holding in aid of Simpsons Special Care Babies. The proceeds of this fundraiser are to help with the purchase of a CPAP Ventilator for the Neo Natal Unit.
Probably due to Gordon having had twins which I think were quite premature they very quickly agreed to donate a signed Kitchen Heaven book which we have on e-bay for auction at the moment.
