For the sake of us all who enjoy eating out, we have all surely, had horrendous times. But if you live in a small town your options can be limited and you do find yourselves returning to the same old eaterie hoping things can't get any worse.
This thread is simply to highlight what can go really bad in a restaurant you have visited...
To start:
I ate in an Italian, sadly on a Tuesday evening 9 years ago, (see the memories do stick), it was recommended. We were the only customers; all we heard from the direction of the kitchen was the sound of 'Ping' as the microwave reheated our meals. It was shocking, we complained and had the price of a single main course reduced from the bill. But we are not experts in food hygiene, but understand about reheating precooked chicken, and for them to do this in a restaurant?????

We have warned people away ever since, and recently it changed hands, not I am sure soley down to us but if this was there general practise of cooking food then they received the order of the boot from the customers as a whole.

Have you sat at a table in a restaurant and received a GR moment?
