I received an email from C4 regarding the disappearance of the recipes:
Hve copied and pasted, and this is what it reads:

"Apologies, F Word recipes have been removed for legal reasons.

best wishes
c4 webteam"

Can't think of many legal reasons other than the publisher wanting their cut.... perhaps it's for copyright reasons, or that F-word rental of site may have exceeded forum content maximum... I dunno...
But there it is folks.
Doubt we'll see them again, unless it's in a book....
